Pat & Nick Pilotte in the Service Dept. 'went the extra mile' to troubleshoot a problem with my Grand Vitara regarding its failure to start (on-going over the past 1.5 yrs). They have never been able to replicate the issue until now. Pat offered to give me a loaner car, pick mine up, keep it overnight, & have it at the dealership all the next day. They did their best to avoid my need for having a (pricey) new starter installed; checking out all connections & wiring, etc. My car was returned the next day to my workplace. After a week, the problem has (so far!) not occurred again; keeping my fingers crossed!! I truly appreciate the honesty & integrity of your employees; those attributes are in short supply these days. My thanks to all of you.
