Just brought my wife's Jeep in for 1st service, service manager told me to sit at her desk, asked for my keys, drove my Jeep in and then came back to take all my information. She told me exactly what was going to happen & how long it would take, that's what I call service!! They are super friendly here!! Bruce

My car was here 3 times trying to diagnose and fix. My usual shop charged me over $200. and dented my car. Nathan at Ourisman told me my 3 visits were covered by my warranty. YAY! Nathan is AWESOME and was always so nice, helpful, and professional. NONE of that dumb woman thing from my usual shop. Mr. Willie was wonderful as well.
I picked up a clean 2012 Audi A6, from the great folks at Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge, near Tri-county mall in Cincinnati. They held the car for me until i was able to come test drive it, and were easy to deal with when it came time to get financing in order. If youre in the market for a used car, Jake has a great website that lets you search all thier many dealerships' inventory. If i were buying a new JEEP, or dodge they would be the first place id go.
I am following this up with a letter to Jimmy Brafford. Both my wife and I have a combined experience of 70 years, working in customer service for two large organizations. I have watched Russ and how he interacts with his service team. He is right on track for directing, training and coaching a good service effort. As for my own experience, the best way I can explain it is that I trust Russ. Mechanical problems are difficult at best. Russ has demonstrated his ability to be approachable and responsive to my service needs.
We saw the vehicle on line, and knew it fit our needs, only one problem, it was a 2 hr. drive from Huntsville Al. We called and made an appointment for 7:00pm ( they close at 8:00) but said come on, we will wait for you. We got there around 7:30 and met with a young salesman named Juwan, what a nice, polite guy he was, a delight to work with. We test drove the vehicle and loved it, the rest was the best experience we???ve had in buying a car, and even got top dollar for our trade, within 1 hour we had the whole deal done encluding financial, due to Chanlier. The next surprise was, we left with our car that night. This was well worth the drive! Thanks guys
When I drove up I was helped quickly. Jamie took great care of me. I wanted to go eat breakfast while my recall and oil change were being done so he set it up for me to be taken to ihop and picked back up. He also gave me several recommendations for things I wanted done to my truck. He also gave me his card and called to check back on how things went with his recommendations. The service did not take as long as I anticipated. They even washed my car on the outside. I was taken care of well!
Tyler Baker did such a great job showing and answering all our questions about the CC Executive that my wife and I decided to buy the car. Her professionalism and customer service was second to none. We were also impressed with the service and professionalism from Kevin, Tom and Woody. The team at the Orange Park Volkswagen is a top notch and I would recommend it to anybody that wants to buy a Volkswagen.
We own a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. We had an emission sensor problem, an engine light on, and a "power reduced....see dealer" alert on our dashboard. We called Plaza Dodge and they got us right in the next morning, provided us with temporary transportation (since this was our only vehicle), gave us a rough idea of what was wrong, and sent us on our way. Teri (Service Advisor) was helpful, knowledgeable, and a strong cheerleader for us. The Dodge repair service was done promptly, they made sure the repair worked, and we picked up our vehicle the next day. The prices were reasonable and they warranty their work.....couldn't ask for more! Thanks!!!
After purchasing our 2016 Ford Mustang from Jesus Van Der Henst for my husband, it was my turn! After checking several other dealers for a sedan I thought I might like, I decided to go back to Jesus & revisit the 2016 Ford Taurus he had me test drive the day before. He was right, this was my car & now IS my car! He was so helpful & patient with us prior to my decision to buy. I love having something that not many other people have & this fit the bill, right down to the color! Because of this being a full size vehicle, which I love, & a model that not too many others want because of the large size, I was sold. You buy a car because it appeals to you & having a personable Salesman, helps make the experience more exciting. Well, I have to say that coming in without knowing what I wanted & leaving with a car that I just LOVE tells me that Jesus made my time very enjoyable! He was such a sweet gentleman & very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions, as was our financial guide, Vincent Ippolito. Teresa was super sweet and offered accommodations such as water and coffee while I waited! Anthony did an awesome job showing me all the used cars they had on the lot that were in my liking and answered any and all questions I had. The atmosphere of carlotz was very comforting and the building was well put together/tidy which really impressed me! I would definitely recommend this lot to any one in need of a car!
Called about a car and had the money and made an offer and they told me the car will go so fast lol the car is still there as well as they have $$$ fees
I was involved with another dealership in a process of trading-in two vehicles for one. I was frustrated there but fortunately ended up working with the expert team at Gulf Auto Direct. They made what was turning into a complex transaction a pleasure! I was greeted by every member involved and every consideration to me as the customer was given. Rickey was easy going but informative and helpful. He communicated with me in a straight forward manner that I respected and showed that he respected me! The whole team did everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. It was impressive to see such team work dedicated to making my experience there exceptional. I am a believer in customer service and this places does more than deliver. Don't hesitate this is where you want to do bussiness--ask for Rickey.
When my trick wouldn't start they quickly found the issue and had a corrective action. The then found a coolant leak and a weak vacuum pump. They got the leak under warranty and worked with me on the vacuum pump. The truck is running great and stopping much better. I did not feel as if they were just looking for work that really did not need to be completed just to get more money.
Service was scheduled for 2:30 in the afternoon.
I arrived 10 minutes early and everything was ready to go.
Service time was less than hour, all scheduled work was done and the car was returned cleaned.
I was very happy with the turn around and will be back again.
This might sound crazy but I bought my jeep on the gut feeling I got when I talked with JEFF and Tim. I live in Nevada so shopping was done by photo only. These two guys took the time to look for what I wanted and then we were able to negotiate a deal. As a veteran on fixed income price was very important but quality was more. These guys took care of shipping and made the experience very pleasant. Not sure if I would recommend buying site unseen unless it's from these two outstanding individuals.
