I'm getting annoyed of my old Mazda 626, it's refusing to start, so I wanted to start looking for a new car. I started looking at Van Horn Hyundai, and I met Lucas right away. I was probably looking for mostly the future, because my car isn't going to last. Lucas was helpful with the experience, he told me all about financing and all the different cars Van Horn Hyundai has. When I my car finally dies, I will be back immediately.
Recently I purchased a 2016 F-150 with 12,500 miles form Lenz. I had been looking online for a few months. This truck had all the features I was looking for, 3.5 Ecoboost, bucket seats, all the bells and whistles, etc. I picked Zach off their site and dealt with him. He was great to deal with. We agreed on a number out the door as I was trading in a 2014 with 37,000 miles. I test drove it on the previous Saturday and told him I wanted to think about it a few days. We talked mid week and agreed on a deal. I came in the following Saturday, did the paperwork with Brad Lenz who was a lot nicer than I pictured in my brain for some reason. I think all the adds, lol. Some young gentlemen switched my plates while we did the paperwork and I was out the door in 30 minutes. They did give me more for my trade-in than 2 other dealers had offered and their price on the new one was as low as I could find. So, I guess I felt like I was treated fairly. Let's face it, all vehicles are expensive, dealers have to make a living, you just don't want to feel like you were treated unfairly. I'm sure I will buy my next vehicle from Lenz. And yes, they have one heck of a selection! Tom T.
Great service! My husband and I drove over 5 hours recently to come look at a 2016 GMC Sierra. We were not disappointed. We had a few requests that they were able to accommodate and work in the deal with us. They were respectful of our time and the process went very smoothly and quickly. We initially discovered Lenz through online searching, and quickly realized that their truck pricing was significantly lower than any other dealership on vehicles with clean carfax reports. We decided to make the 18 hour drive for deals we couldn't refuse. Upon arrival to the dealership we looked at the truck outside (independently) for approximately 20-25 minutes without being harassed by a salesperson, before we made the (again, independent) choice to enter the doors of the dealership. We were shocked to discover a very unique experience from any other car buying experience either of us have had. There was no sales pressure, and no games. We were offered and educated on prices and the clear cut reasons why, we were asked realistically if we wanted this vehicle given certain expectations, and we were treated with the utmost respect from the minute we sat in Mike's office, to the minute we drove off the lot. It was stress free, laid back, and painless......as a car buying experience should be. The icing on the cake was every single person that happened to be standing outside when we drove off waved goodbye to us, including people who we hadn't directly seen in the sales process. This dealership has a "small town" feel, and we were thoroughly impressed. In searching for complaints it was difficult to find any, however, it would be nice if the tank was filled, the DEF was filled, and if someone would walk through the electronics such as Bluetooth pairing. We will be recommending this dealership to our friends and family in Nebraska, and will personally shop here again with Mike. Thanks for everything!!

Your pricing at Van Horn Chevrolet in Plymouth looks to me like you are fairer than most. Although I did not buy at Van Horn, I was given personal attention and treated professionally even though there were other customers on a busy day. Thanks for the time and efforts.
The 2015 F-250 I purchased was almost new it hah 77 miles on it. The sticker was $66,430.00 it was marked down to $53,992.00 so I didn't think I would get much for my 2001 E-350 van Brandon got me 50% more than I was first offered. He was great to work with did everything he could to make the deal go through. Best deal I have ever gotten on a vehicle .I would recommend Brandon and Lenz to everyone I know. Thanks Brandon ! I still can't believe I got such a GREAT DEAL!

I found the staff eager to help. I was referred to Tim by my Brother-in-Law who had purchased a vehicle the prior week. Everyone was very courteous.
