After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. The salesman with management was upfront the entire process. All things the same by word to a papered contract. Also they give it to you in a disk for a computer to print for your records. Purchased my vehicle from Safford, Springfield in March 2022. The process was smooth and they did their very best to ensure I got the car I wanted at a very decent rate. Since then, I've had my car serviced twice by them (basic oil change + tire rotation) and they've given a complimentary wash each time. Followed Jeep guidelines trouble shooting. Took two trips in which was expected.. They tried cleaning sensors to try and save money before replacing parts. Was timely with both repairs. Offered 10% coupon which I wasn't aware of.

I let her know my concerns with the vehicle and she made sure the mechanic checked everything over while attending to the initial reason I brought it in.
