I was definitely hesitant on buying a car out of my state. However the dealership made the process easy. From the moment I parked, I was greeted instantly by name. From then on everyone I dealt with was awesome! I've only had the truck a short period, but no complaints whatsoever so far!!

The best vehicle that I've ever owned! It's never needed to go back to the dealer for any work or new vehicle adjustments. I will get another Gladiator after this one!

I had a great experience when I bought my x4 at Cleveland BMW. Odin Greene was a very good sales person. He saw to it that all my requests were taken care of. I saw the car I wanted online, he held it for me until I could get there from DC, and all the transactions went smoothly. All other personnel were equally as cordial. I was researching Lincoln Nautilus 2025 Models online and was contacted by Tim Kelley of Ganley Lincoln via email. I had been considering upgrading my lease to a new 2025 Nautilus and had seen several online offers. I dropped by the dealership a day or so later and met Tim, and they happened to have the exact model I wanted, sitting on the floor in front of his desk! I told Tim that I didn't want to play any usual dealer games, back and forth between the GM etc. but was sincerely interested in getting out of my current lease. We discussed a deal, I told Tim what was acceptable to me, in detail. He talked to the manager and came back quickly to say they could make that deal. The next day, my wife and I drove out to Middleburg Heights, turned in our car and drove out in a shiny, new Nautilus. The whole experience was SO much better, with less hassle, quicker turn around than I think I have ever experienced. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, helpful, and outgoing. I especially enjoyed working with Ryan, the 'Finance Guy', who was quick, efficient, and easy to work with as he processed the paperwork and presented options. I've bought or leased probably 10 cars in the last twenty years and this dealership ranks as one of the top three I have dealt with. Call Tim Kelly if you want an honest, straight forward guy to work with and are interested in a Lincoln. Oh, and if you didn?t know it, the new Nautilus is the most awesome car in its luxury class you have ever seen. Just go LOOK at one ..

My Gladiator is 3 years old. Driving in Alaska and what a great vehicle. Starts every morning with no issues. Drives great in deep snow thanks to the ground clearance. The ride is stiff-it’s a Jeep.

5 stars. The service department saved me 9k in repairs. The service department worked with Chrysler Headquarters and obtained a new transmission for my car. I'm very happy. Jeep will be top of my list for a new car.

MOST importantly it is a JEEP. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one, if you want a full-size truck, buy one, if you want a sports car, buy one, the Jeep Gladiator is none of these. It is designed to be a mid-sized pick-up yet still be a Jeep, it does this PERFECTLY. I have owned 9 Jeeps over the years, as early as 1978 up through 2006; the Jeeps today are full of more amenities and comfort than they ever have been in history. I have 2 Gladiators; a '23 Mojave, and a '23 Diesel Overland, both of them are INCREDIBLE vehicles on and off road, and MORE than fit the bill for a light duty pick-up, superseding most others on the market, and I am even comparing to any of the 5 Tacoma's I have owned. If you are in the market for a light duty pick-up, you can't beat it; whether it is a loaded up graded model, or even the base model, it is still a truck with 4WD, straight axles, and still available with a manual transmission. VERY happy with both of mine!

I have a jeep gladiator mojave, 2021, great vehicle , the best i have ever owned, great for offroading and the suspension is great, designed for higher speed offroading and it does a great jjob at this and just regular off roading. also fun just to drive around town. Highly recommend this vehicle, i also love the xtras, led lights, safety features, (blind spot and ADC, etc), aux swithes . This just a great vehicle.

I bought my 2021 Overland new. I love it!!! It is fun to drive. Handles well in the snow. This is a well made vehicle. I love the leather seating. The best heated seats and steering wheel I have owned. I’m definitely a fan!!

This is a.rock solid vehicle that defines “utility” better than all the rest. You have tons of ways to configure the vehicle every day. Open air roof, doors off, entire top off, pick-up truck uses, off roading, climbing, travel, snowshoeing, skiing, snow driving, trails and dirt roads, hiking, carry bed loads, trailering, ATVs, etc, etc, etc. No way to ever find it boring. Plus, the extra bonus of the culture, friendliness, the wave, jeep groups, and the way it promotes and nurtures getting outdoors and getting active. No issues. Alpine stereo is great. Nav is great. Heat is great. comfort great, carrying fun loads great, towing to 4K lbs great. No complaints.

I think my 2022 Gladiator is one of the top vehicles I have owned The only drawback is the lack of warranty service from my local Jeep dealer.

Brookpark OH. i needed a recall that was way over due on my "new 2013 " Dodge, they cared for that at no cost to me and an oil change , they found a mouse house hiding under the hood and evicted them at no charge , very helpful. So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. Mojave trim gives a smooth ride. A big improvement over the 2012 Rubicon Unlimited that I had. 17-18 mpg around suburbs and 20-21 on trips. At 13,000 miles no reliability issues. 8-Speed transmission coupled with the 3.6 v6 works well. Great in SNOW. Recommend the AWD optional transfer case.
