Service provided by Charles and Rudy was very informative and customer service provided was excellent. The passenger headrest leans forward and the top of headrest digs into passenger's head or neck depending on the passenger's size. Strange since the driver's side is installed at a different angle. Apparently the headrest can not be adjusted to match the driver's headrest. However, Rudy was able provide an alternative fix to my issue.
Had just bought a 2011 G55 and it was in need of some TLC. Eddy Waters in the service department did an outstanding job thoroughly inspecting the vehicle, making sure it was not only safe, but recommended some preventative maintenance that would make it last. The work was done earlier than expected and I could tell a difference as soon as I drove it. Crystal Forbes at the loaner desk also did a tremendous job, the best of any loaner vehicle specialist I've ever encountered! If you have a Mercedes and live anywhere near San Antonio, go see these folks!
Charles in service was extremely caring. My problem involved two old manufacturer's recalls on my motor home on a Sprinter chassis. I had been wrestling with this problem for quite a while with the 'big' dealers in S.A. and finally got you name from the main recall center. Best thing that has happened to me in a long time. Charles is great!

My experience over that last 4 years with Ken Stoepel is nothing but outstanding. My family has purchased 3 vehicles there. Our salesman, Alfred Hernandez, is amazing and I will never use anyone else. He is personable, respectful and is NOT pushy. He goes above and beyond. 2 weeks ago I called him and told him what I wanted and what I could pay. He went to work. Within a couple of days he found a few options for me to choose from and what I would be looking at in payments. All I had to do was to go up there, get the value on my trade in, say "yes, I want this one" and he handled all the rest. Alfred is also a compassionate person. My father passed away in 2016. In 2017 I made the decision to get rid of his car. This was very emotional for me. I stood in the parking lot and cried. Alfred was caring and empathetic. He knew how much that car meant to my dad and how much my dad means to me. I wouldn't have been able to hand those keys over to anyone else. I can't say enough positive things about Alfred. Tom Hinckley handled the financing on all vehicles. My last purchase he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign so I was not there very long at all. He even called my insurance company to help me get changes made! I will not take any of my vehicles to have service completed on them except for Ken Stoepel. David Spinks is my go-to person. He handles all the service and maintenance on my vehicle and my dad's truck. David always makes sure to explain in detail what is going on, what needs to be done and will show me when necessary. He makes sure that I am taking care of.
