After getting rear ended I lost all hope. My truck was totaled. I had no idea where to even begin. After looking around at a few dealerships, and not being happy with any of the deals other dealerships were offering I reached out to some of my coworkers/friends. Luckily one of my friends told me about Krystal, and how good of a deal she got. About how they actually worked with her for a price she wanted. So I decided to check online to see what they had. Of course this all black ram caught my eyes so I requested more information on it. Brian got back to me right after I put in the request. When I got to the dealership the truck was all ready to go for me to test drive. After I drove it I realized how much I liked it and had to have it. I was concerned about my credit only being 24, but he worked with me and gave me such a good deal. Along with Jared in finance. You guys did absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with my expirence here. Being an hour away I never would of thought to look at this dealership especially being in such a small town. So happy I did though. i will 100% recommend to other friends/ coworkers/ anyone looking for a vehicle!

I bought my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Monday 3/26/2018. It was the cheapest I have seen a 2017 Grand Cherokee in NEPA. Our sales rep, Mark immediately assisted my fiance and I from the moment we walked on the lot. He was knowledgeable and patient. Both sales reps and the finanace team Mark, Gino, and Tom all stayed 2 hours after close (till almost 10pm) to make sure I was able to ride the car home that day. I found a Jeep Liberty on the internet, I called the number and it was Regal Auto in Lakeland Florida about 80 miles from where I lived in South Sebring Florida. The internet sales associate was named Troy, Troy is the reason I drove 80 miles to see the car he was very helpful and called me a couple of times to see if I was still interested. When I got to Lakeland Troy met me and introduce me to Johann the sales associate on the lot. I was not crazy about the car I initially went to Lakeland to see... I was very disappointed, Yohann took off on foot looking through the lot (I was looking for a car $5,000 or less in their wholesale lot) Johann motioned for me to come over to look at a car four lanes away.(another Jeep Liberty) ! we took a test drive I even checked out the four-wheel-drive, everything was great so I wound up buying the car, a 2005 Jeep Liberty 4x4. Everyone at Regal especially Johann we're great... They treated me as if I was as important as someone buying a $30,000 car! They actually did not want me to take the car until the following day because they wanted to detail it and check it to make sure it was a good car since it was in the wholesale lot. I am a 69 year old guy on Social Security ....they treated me like royalty! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT REGAL LAKELAND. Jeff Clarke

Sales Men were Rob and Matt. These two made our experience amazing. The truck we originally looked into sold right before we got there; however, we still left with a newer vehicle within our price range with extended warranty and lower miles. Rob went above and beyond to even give me pointers on how I could increase my credit score to come back and trade my vehicle in as well. We were in and out and they worked with us in EVERY way. Art our finance guy was TOP NOTCH!!!! The service we got was so amazing I asked Rob for a hug. I've had credit issues in the past, but they didn't count us out. They truly were amazing. Had and issue with my stereo. Made an appointment and took it in to have it looked at. My service rep was Justin Reed. He was very great right from the start. I purchased a Ford Fiesta hatchback from Peoria Ford and my last visit was not so pleasant, so I was a bit nervous about how it would go. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Justin took good care of me and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time. The waiting facilities were also good. The only criticism I have about that is they should sync their big screens so there isn't multiple audio signals. Too much to try and listen to. Luckily I brought my iPad and they have free wifi. Very pleasant experience all around mostly thanks to Justin. Thanx guys.
