I had a scheduled appointment for service this morning and was greatest by the service staff with a smile, and handshake and most importantly, sense of confidence that my vehicle will be well cared for. I can't believe I was in and out in about an hour and had coffee in the waiting room as a bonus. Victor Clash always takes great care of me and my vehicle being pleasant , friendly, and most importantly, trustworthy. I ran into Brent Ivie, service manager walking into the waiting room who asked if I needed anything, wow! Thanks for such a great service experience.
John was amazing, the best experience I???ve had with a car salesman. Was not pushy and listened to my needs/wants to try and help me determine the best fit. Unfortunately I went and drive a VW Tiguan and fell in love with the new redesign and went forward with them. Nothing more John could have done but will certainly recommend John to anyone looking for a Jeep.
Syed was awesome. Very professional and efficient. Got a preowned Tesla which are hard to find. Super clean. Runs great. There was only one key but they brought the second key in the next day. Highly recommended!
I recently purchased a 2014 CLS550 Mercedes from the 10100 Liberty Road Randallstown location this week. I had surgery back in June and was out on leave for a while. I did want to purchase another vehicle but wanted to wait until next spring. Nevertheless, I was just randomly searching on my iPad and came across Xclusive Motorcars. I’m glad I did because I didn’t even know this place existed. Before I began my search on the website I started reading the reviews. That is what blew me away! There were so many positive comments and feedback I just couldn’t walk away without contacting them to see what they may have that I am searching for. I completed the contact sheet online and Scott called me the next day. I scheduled an appointment after work and went to see what they had. Someone did call me the day of my appointment to verify that I was still coming. Didn’t know it was Mike the sales manager. When I arrived unfortunately Scott was out ill but Mike the sales manager immediately took care of me and placed me in the good hands of sales associate Uma. Uma, and Mike gave me one of the best car buying experience I’ve had in a long time. Not to mention Roosevelt one of the finance manager was excellent as well. They got me a great deal at a great price and had me on my way within hours. I highly recommended to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a great deal, price and excellent customer buying experience shop at Xclusive Motorcars.

When I 1st walked in the building, I was immediately greeted by Chano King. This guy knew his stuff. I got my a great deal for my trade in and by me into a brand new Rogue. He even showed me how to work the features in my new vehicle. I was very happy with my visit. If Chano is around for another 2 or 3 years, he is the 1st person I would go to for buying another vehicle. Great job Mr. King. Thank you once again Nissan.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.
I was very impressed with the customer service, that I received today. The young lady transferred my coupons from my old vehicle to my new one. Something ,that I had been trying to do before I got there. Great service!
Great experience until it was time to get my tags. Just need to work on that part of the process. Had to go back 3 or 4 times because my tags took so long to come in. Maurice, the sales manager is a stand up guy, very professional and friendly and I believe he worked hard to get a deal done but a car wash or complimentary tank of gas would have been great being I live on the opposite side of town. Other than that, Great experience
After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
I was told it may take 4 or 5 hours. 4 recalls completed and updated in 2 hours. Very courteous service dept. each of my visits. 5 stars for me! Mark
