My sales person was Mike A. I called looking for a specific vehicle which turns out had some issues but he was able to find me a better vehicle at a great price. I had to travel there and due to that I didn't get there til after they were closed, but upon my arrival they already had the cars I was interested in pulled up and ready for me to test drive. Showed up at 8 and left at 10 in my new vehicle! They did a great job and were more than willing to work w me on my own terms!

If he didn't know the answer, he was quick to find the answer for me! Once I had decided on a vehicle, Mike and Timm worked at getting me the best financing to fit my budget! Great team!
Our 10 year old Buick stalled and wouldn't restart at 4:40 on a Saturday afternoon, got a ride to my house and took my other vehicle to Dan Hatton in Derby for help. Got there 5 minutes before they closed and they immediately called for tow service to get my car off the street and to their dealership. They were closed Sunday but I went to the service department at 9:00 am on Monday to see what they could do to fix my car. They already had it in the shop and had diagnosed the problem (ignition components). T.J. Lee explained they could get the parts in and installed yet that day. He gave me a written estimate and an estimated time that the car would be repaired. At 9:00 am the following morning, he called and said the car was repaired and ready to go. Two days later and the car is still running fine. I can't thank them enough for helping us. We have only been in Derby for 2 years and had no idea who could service and/or repair vehicles. T.J. Lee was so helpful; from start to finish. He turned our unpleasant experience into one that was almost enjoyable. Don't know about their sales department but the service department was great!
Thyree Johnson was very helpful during the purchase of our 2018 Jeep Rubicon JL. The rest of the staff were also outstanding and we felt comfortable the whole time during this purchase. I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.
Everyone on the staff was great, I bought a car from 500 miles away, Jimmy pointed out and took pictures of small flaws that I wouldn't have noticed to make sure there were no surprises, I was in and out in less than an hour and I was completely happy with the entire process!
I stumbled onto this dealer while I was browsing for a Honda Civic si sedan. I had struck out twice in OKC, I saw this nice red Civic si and thought I’d give it a try. Within the hour, Gary texted me asking me if I was interested in that car. so hats off for taking the time to contacting me back on such short notice. Off to a good start in my book, Gary was well informed on the car since he was the one who got that trade in. These guys prices are phenomenal, there’s no other place I was gonna find another beauty of a car like that with so little miles and so cheap. 10,900.00 for a 2010 civic si with only 75k miles on it is almost unheard of. Needless to say I took the drive out there the second I was free. Though it was a bit of a drive it was well worth it. And even though the page gave me the wrong location for that particular dealer, Gary was willing to stay there and wait for me after hours. As soon as I got there we took it out for a test drive and it was everything I expected. Great team, very professional, very friendly, and very happy with my purchase. You just can’t beat these kind of prices. Gary thanks again brother, I’d recommend my friends to buy from your guys dealer.
Flew in from SoCal for a special 2015 Camaro Convertible I found on line. My sales rep was Emily. She had everything ready including a detailed car and all paperwork. She made the process easy and stress free. Emily invited me to have a quick lunch while I was there. The dealership puts out a deli sandwich and pizza spread on Saturdays. All in all , a great dealership experience. Thank you Em.
If the dealership can make a transaction this easy for an out of state sale, I imagine local sales would be a breeze.
I was looking for a good used car for my wife. I found a real nice looking SUV online listed at at Mike Steven Volkswagen. We went over to look at it, we was very impressed with the SUV at a fair price. We decided to buy it. The buying experience and the service was the best ever! My husband has moderate dementia. He went to the service department because a red light was on. A service employee kindly and patiently helped him buckle his seat belt and sent him home with no charge. I wouldn?t get my car serviced anywhere else now.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
