We were very impressed with the staff, they were vey professional and treated us with respect. We drove 180 miles to their place of business where we were going to buy a truck. They quoted us a price on the phone and it was exactly that when we bought it. They were and are a great company to buy from. They gave us a price on our trade in and they gave us a loner while they got our truck ready for us. We will recommend this company to everyone . You cannot go wrong dealing with this company and their sales people We give them a very high rating.
Had been car shopping for awhile and haggled, mislead and just out right disrespected by other dealers. I found a beautiful car at southwest drove over an hour to get there right before they closed, Hunter was who I had talked to on the phone I told them what my trade was they held to the numbers when I got there, was financed with no haggling what so ever. Even our finance guy didn't try to hard sell anything which is unheard of. I buy cars about once a year and I believe they have earned a customer for life. Extremely satisfied. Their demeanor was nothing but top notch.

We were on the road, and needed to get home. Our svc advisor Kirks fit us in, got the job done, and we were able to get home on time. We want to thank Audi Ft Worth for helping us out, since their wait time for a regular svc appt was about 2 weeks.
My service advisor Tie was very professional, friendly and polite. She advised me that I would have to wait 3 hours for my car to be serviced (oil change, tire rotation and 23K mile service). I was only there for a hour and a half due to the technician quickness. I will definitely be back.
I had a great experience from beginning to end. My truck was completed in a few hours and the service rep called promptly to let me know. He let me know exactly what was done and when my next service was due.
Sales guy and finance guy seemed awesome when we arrived. We already had our financing from our local institution and they had a promise letter and told us to go ahead and come get the car. We live 4 hours away. When we arrived, they tried to sell us on everything under the sun. The only thing that I showed interest in was the extended warranty, but I'd already agreed to purchase one from my local institution that I thought offered more. Turns out it did when I called with some questions the following day. AutoNation did not was to give up on the sell of that warranty and there were some heated discussions between them and my banker. It wound up costing me more, but I bought the one from AutoNation with less benefits, but the car was for my daughter and I wanted to end the feud. So, if you choose your own financing, be sure to stand your ground when you get there. Was a great car though! At a great price!
Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.
Huggins was my Dealership for service. So when needing to buy another car; there was no other dealership in mind.
