This is the best car we've ever had! Before my wife passed away, we bought this car (pre-owned), she fell in love with it and insisted on driving everywhere! Since she passed in Sept, 2021, I've been driving it and I LOVE IT TOO! I have some issues with programming/memory, but the dealer assures me they can fix this problem

I bought my used 2017 limited around christmas of 2022. Its now may of 23 and i cannot believe how much i like this thing. Always been a ford truck guy but for a great all arounder....this jeep cannot be beat. I got the 3.6L V6, has alot more giddy up then you would expect, tows my 4200lb trailer with ease, and in my daily driving i average around 22mpg. Snow/off road performance is excellent...its not a 78 Bronco but for a modern SUV its very capable. 10inches of slushy snow riding on street tires it ate it up and asked for more. Its comfortable, drives good, and ive put 7000mi on since december with not so much as a hiccup. Reccommend to anyone looking for an SUV.

Although I haven’t purchased yet I certainly will purchase from Vince. I have been at the dealership 4 times in the past month deciding on which trim level fits my wants and needs. Vince has been so helpful and a delight to deal with. He is not pushy and has allowed me to drive several vehicles until I can make a final decision. Thank you Kia and Vince for your patience !

I love my jeep! I have reached the 110k mark and there have been no issues with my jeep. I ensure to do the regular maintenance and keep it running like new. There's a reason why the resale value on jeeps is high :) The interior is comfortable and gives you a feeling of luxury without the crazy high price tag. Honestly the only downside to having a jeep is the mpg, but that is what you get with a jeep:)

It’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. It’s comfortable for road trips and I have the one with the HEMI and it pulls the boat like it doesn’t exist.

Upon the recommendation of a friend from work, my wife and I made the hour-plus drive from our home in Geauga county down to Diehl Subaru. We met with Erik Bettinger and went over a couple new vehicles, finally deciding that the 2023 Subaru Forester was the best choice for us. After going back home to sleep on it, something we always do prior to a large purchase, we decided that the dealership and the vehicle were both right for us. We called Erik and put a deposit on the Forester, then returned to Diehl the next week to finalize the purchase. All in all, the entire process was very easy, painless and simple. Everyone at the dealership was helpful; no issues at all. The best new car buying experience we have ever had. The Forester is beautiful, and operates as a new car should, no problems. My friend was right, the trip to Diehl was worth it.

This vehicle was immaculate. It was nicer than any of the new vehicles on the lot. I intended to purchase a new vehicle but there was a very limited selection. We are very pleased.

I went to 4 BMW dealerships when looking to lease an X3. At the 3 other dealers, I had to haggle for hours just to get a reasonable number. I met some lady at a gas station that had the vehicle I was looking for, and she whipped out a card for Al at Preston. I called Al and he gave me their best number the first time and that was it. It was refreshing to be given the best deal without playing games and having to say I would go elsewhere. Al is awesome and thorough. Kyle, the Sales manager was also extremely helpful. Even the finance department was fast and easy to work with- they didn’t jack up the Money Factor for profit either, which other dealers may do. We had a tight time slot available to be at the dealership. They worked around our schedule, and made sure everything was ready to go when we got there. On top of that, they will even pick up your car when it needs serviced. I am confident we got a great deal on this X3. I’m happy to be a lifetime customer of Preston BMW. Great experience! First time buying from Yalcars. Ross was wonderful, very attentive,Carol was super sweet and good at her job.Our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was to be detailed but as we got it home, seats were dusty, steering wheel was black and greasy. I did it myself. 5⭐'s to all except the detailer, needs retrained. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The first thing we noticed is the variety of vehicles they have in stock. Many different options of all types of vehicles. They had a few vehicles we were interested in. After we did a look over of them, he offered that we test drive them. We ended up deciding on one and from there on it was a very smooth process. Kevin was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the deal done since we drove from out of state. The whole facility was neat and clean. I was impressed all the way!
