All the service/warranty needs and dealer installed options that I have had on my 17 Ram 2500 I never had a problem with my experience at Hayes of Baldwin. Nathaniel and the Service Manager have always treated me right while being professional, respectful and honest with me. They both take the time to listen and understand the concerns that I have with my truck.

Great customer service! Always able to get an appointment to have my Jeep or Dodge serviced. They always let us know if they see anything that could possibly be a problem later on that we don???t know about. We won???t take are autos any where else. Mackenzie always has a smile and greets us when we come in.
We were on our vacation and had a problem in a nearby town and were referred to this dealership from Auto Zone in Cleveland. The folks at Jacky Jones were extremely helpful and friendly. They ordered the part that was needed for our car, did the repair the following morning, and we were on our way! We were so thankful that Dodge had a dealership close by where we were staying. There was no charge for the service. Charger (2018).
I was pleased to find a dealership with country hospitality and hopefully this will be a good working relationship for years to come. I gave them only four stars because of the manufacturer service bulletin for correcting the condensation within the right side headlight cover has yet to work. ( they replaced or open the vents on the backside of the headlight as directed by the bulletin) but so far it only vented my wallet of money. I???m hoping Jacky Jones will refund me the cost.....and go after the manufacture on my behalf. But Mackenzie hasn???t followed up with me, as she said she would after seeing the repair didn???t work with her own eyes.
So there I was on the phone with a dealer telling me it would be 3 wks to get this recall issue fixed on my 2018 Charger. When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call. When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour. Thanks for stepping above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of! I will surely be back and recommend family and friends here!

My last car purchase was an absolute nightmare so I approached these guys with apprehension. Thankfully it wasn't warranted. Neal was straightforward and Efrem was great as well. Very friendly people and they made the usually painful process of looking at and purchasing a used vehicle enjoyable. I drove 300 miles one way for a very specific vehicle and it was well worth it.
