Absoutely love the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4, but especially the added equipment on the Sterling edition . I wish they had not made any changes to the 2022. This is my favorite vehicle ever.

I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!

I've owned many cars and also been through a lot of leases.After financing a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I figured i needed a safety technology upgrade and leased a 2018 JGC High Altitude. I fell IN LOVE with this car. I normally trade or sell a car within 2 years, but i couldn't see myself giving it up. I ended up buying my lease out and haven't regretted it for a SECOND. It's a gorgeous car, reliable, and comfortable with every bell and whistle except auto pilot.

On my way home from work drove over a piece of wood left in the road causing damage under my civic. Set the appointment up with Sandy then met Michael at the dealer. Had a tough time figuring out which building to go to for the appointment. Knew exactly what we wanted to pay and what we wanted for trade and which bank we were using for financing before we entered the dealership. Got what we wanted. Took 4 hours start to finish. Saul was not aggressive with the warranty sales pitch which I appreciate! Overall good experience.

Great price for a 2019 Fusion Hybrid SEL. There was a $500 dealer fee, but I used a $ 500 coupon from the dealer website. Then, the price advertised is the price I paid. I requested new carpets, and the dealer get them for me. I noticed that it was a small blemish in the front, and they told me that they will fix it. They didn't. When I went to pick up the car I asked for a small amount of paint to fix the blemish, they told me they will send it to me. After 2 months, they did not. A pitty, because I bought a great car at a very good price. It was a great deal even with the little blemish. No need to say: "Don't worry, I will fix it"
