I had a very good experience with Marchese Chevrolet. Ian and Chris were very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire experience went well. They got me the 2nd fob & key when promised. I would definitely recommend them again.

So far it’s been a great vehicle. I love the interior and the exterior of this Jeep! It’s still pretty new to me with only 2000 km on it.

I was ready to trade-up from my 2015 Durango R/T because i needed more cargo space for my family and all our junk. The problem was i loved my Hemi V8 and the Durango......plus the whole car buying process is just stressful overall. So i narrowed it down to the new Yukon XL, Escalade and Navigator. I test drove the Escalade first....loved the V8 but i want crazy about the tail lights(skinny) and the flashy/shiny interior that had fingerprints/dust all over it just from a test drive....its that shiny black and i just could see keeping that clean would be a nightmare. Next the Navigator...only a V6 ....so that threw me off right away because i missed that V8 sound when accelerating and the back of the car(exterior) looked boxy....the inside is like a cockpit to a plane and the seats are to die for but all that extreme technology made me think more tech can mean more problems....lastly...the 2019 Yukon Xl Denali V8.....it looked spectacular(Tricolor White Frost) with Jet black interior....it had the perfect mix of tech(Apple CarPlay,wireless charging) heated/cooled seats,DVD etc and still had normal buttons and knobs to push. It handles incredibly with the Magnetic Ride control....this is the biggest thing i have every driven but it handles so easily even in tight spaces(I live in the Bronx with double parked cars etc). ....the seats are luxuriously comfy and it looks aggressive and elegant all at the sane time. As for the car buying process it could not have went more smooth. I came up to Meadowlands of Carmel from the Bronx at the advise of a family member and i was no disappointed. Matt(Magic Matt)is such a nice guy....handed me the keys and i took it out for a spin and love dit right away but was still not looking forward to the sales pitch part. But Matt was so easy going and not pushy at all and answered all my questions .....even the ones i asked 3-4 times. He knew everything about the Yukon XL and the may packages that are available. He also through our conversation helped me save over $5000 in promotions/Discounts that GM had going on. As for my Trade-in Durango....he gave me exactly what the Kelly Blue Book said it was worth and thats all i wanted...in all i drove out with a new Denali and paid almost $25K less than i thought i would even though it as a 2019. I also met some of the service guys and they are real people and juts all around honest nice guys. Lastly...even Sharon...the Finance Specialist....the person any new car buyer dreads dealing with .....was so professional pleasant and helpful.....she explained every detail of those complicated forms a few times to me and again she found a way to get me a lower rate than i originally though i would get even through my Credit Union. Overall i gave 5 stars because this is my 6th new car in my 50+ year life and by far was the nicest and easiest experience of them all and i would highly recommend Meadowlands of Carmel to everybody...you will leave there happy with a great new vehicle and knowing you were treated right and got the best deal possible.
I purchased a used 2016 Ram 1500 from this dealership. It was my first purchase from them and after visiting two other Chrysler dealerships I was impressed by their having the vehicle I had found online available to see and test drive. Mike Barrows, the salesman was very personable, knowledgeable and gave us the best deal by far of the three dealerships we visited. I appreciated the no pressure environment and will definitely be doing business with this dealership in the future.
Francesco was very patient and accommodating with me and I appreciate that. I would certainly use Francesco in the future and will also recommend to friends and family.

This car has exceeded my expectations from how extremely smooth the ride is to the endless amount of features! Love my car and love driving it even more! Would recommend the Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude to anyone!
Suresh arranged for a great 3-year lease deal on a Jeep Cherokee Limited. The process was transparent, quick and painless, which are rare qualities when it comes to car dealerships. Frank went over all of the closing paperwork, took his time to clearly explain the terms and fine print. He was super knowledgeable and will make sure that customers leave happy and satisfied. This is my second time leasing from this dealership. Their car service department has also been terrific over the years. Each time I have brought in my car for regular maintenance, service has always been efficient. I highly recommend this place together with Suresh and Frank.

Jeep Grand Cherokees are the perfect combination of luxury and utility. You can take them to nice events, or on camping trips and never feel like you have the wrong vehicle. It sports the nicest interior features and has plenty of room for a family who has a lot of stuff.
2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 5600 miles and after going through a puddle incurred 4600 $ in water damage because transmission sensor and 2 other sensors got wet not to mention interior rugs Jeep refuses to warranty work Chrysler doesn’t care about it’s customers worst car ever!!!!!!
Years ago I thought I would never own a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I felt it lacked comfort. To my surprise, the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee is extremely comfortable. With the parking assist camera and automatic side mirrors safety is one of the best benefits. As a Realtor, I spend a lot of time in my vehicle. I often do not know what to expect when I arrive at a house, will I be able to get up the steep drive, will I have to go across rocky roads, or mud. Of course, being in Wisconsin I must deal with lots of snow and icy roads. Since I purchased my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee I not only feel safe, but I enjoy being in my Truck. Many years ago I owned Lincoln Town Cars and thought they were the most luxurious. My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee has just taken their place. This vehicle is not only a great work horse, it is a luxury vehicle as well. The Jeep Grand Cherokee should be a mandatory tool for all Realtors. I'm Thankful to Sheila John at Miller Motors in Burlington for introducing me to this wonderful vehicle.
We replaced a 2014 Jeep GC Summit 3.6 with a diesel because we wanted more torque when towing. The car certainly delivers along with great mileage.
The only issue is with the way my wife drives the vehicle - lots of short trips. The particulate filter full warning turns on at least once a week. Dealer can’t find anything wrong and suggest driving at freeway speed to allow the filter to heat up and burn off waste. Great idea - except that’s not how she drives it. Should be zble to drive in any conditions without needing to periodically getting on freeway.
Car only had 4300 miles on it. Jeep needs to tell prospective buyers that it isn’t an around town kind of vehicle due to emissions issues.
Buying experience was simple. Sales rep explained options and was not pushy. He and his manager moved things along smoothly with no problems. When picking up vehicle all paperwork was ready and I was in/out in 45 minutes.
Franco Lombardo is the best! After having an awful experience with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep, Franco came through when we needed him most. We had leased the car through Eastchester Chrysler Jeep and when it came time to return the car, Eastchester refused to take it. We couldn't even get them to schedule an appointment. They claimed that the banks weren't picking up the cars and that they weren't accepting any more. They wouldn't even return our calls...not even the manager. Other Jeep dealerships were baffled that a dealership wouldn't take the car back from a customer who leased from them. Out of desperation, I called White Plains Jeep and thankfully found Franco. He understood the situation and even though we didn't lease from White Plains Jeep, he made our problem his priority in finding a solution. 5 days later, I was able to bring the car in with no issues. Franco's level of customer service and professionalism is unparalleled to any dealer (not just Jeep) that I have ever experienced.
