The staff is super friendly!! However, I was shocked by the cost of my oil change. I’ve been a Honda owner until now and my oil changes were never more than $30 at Buckeye. Paying $70 is quite a bit more.
Coming back this Thursday as I have a coolant leak. Hoping for a good experience, thinking this should be covered under warranty.
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.
They are not the best, they are not the worst; they are the Melba toast of car dealerships. I was working with another dealership in WV that seemed unable to find the Jeep that Tri-County had. Made the 90 min drive and traded in one Jeep for the other at Tri-County. Generally speaking, I feel that my trade in was low balled and the price that I paid for my new Jeep was $2k higher than a similar vehicle with a hard top with a dealer in Virginia but I didn't want to give up a day's pay for something that might not be there by the time that I arrived. Look, these guys are not priests nor are they rabbis--they are car salesmen. One specific positive note: when they tried to upsell me on additional coverages, a simple "I'm not even remotely interested in that bu11$h1t" ended that conversation with no additional hard sells. One specific negative note: when I went to pull out of the lot, I saw that the side view mirror controller knob was busted. It was too late to get a tech to pop in a new one but who doesn't catch that when you are test driving?
We were recommend Byers by a teller at our credit agency after having an annoying experience at another dealership. We went in and worked with Tony who took great care of us. They pulled a car for us from another lot in their network since they didn't have what we were looking for in stock and answered all of our questions throughout the process.
It was a far better experience than heading to the other dealerships who tried to cajole us into using their credit options rather than going with the ones we had already set up. We didn't feel pressured here and had a very good experience.
Cam was helpful to me from the moment I called into the dealership by the time I was ready to step in I knew what prices to expect and which car I wanted I had an emergency where I stood careless and he let me vent and get me into the vehicle I wanted.
I just purchased a 2015 Silverado LT Z71 from Byers. I worked with sales rep Jeff Henley from the beginning to the final closing of the sale. He answered all my questions in a timely fashion and provided photos to me as needed. Upon driving in from out of town to look at the truck, I found it to be immaculate and well detailed. Jeff and his sales manager Corey London were very easy to work with and thorough. Jeff even went out of his way to secure me another key fob for my truck.

The service was great!!!! From the moment I sent out that I was interested in one of the vehicles, I got a prompt response. Plus, the dealer made sure I was available and double checked when I would be arriving.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Yea they work with you on your payments as long as you keep in touch with the dealership. Also help you leave there with a car. Really love the energy in there. Lol just say they stay true with you on helping you.
