Car was more beautiful in person than photos did justice. Luke and Alex very knowledgeable. Out-of-state title came quickly!! Glad we drove to New Orleans--worth the trip, and you can't get a much more discriminating buyer than I am!!
The best experience I have ever had shopping for a car. Luke & Alex were both the most professional easy to talk to car dealers I have ever encountered. I will never shop for a car anywhere else! Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Nothing to say really just hate the wait timing to get your car services an they don’t give out loaner until your car ready but other then that the wait timing could get better.. thank to Donald n ms Stacie from speeding up the work on my car..happy costume
My salesman Torino Sparrow was excellant. He couldn't have been more professional. He made sure it was clear to him what I was looking for. And what I could afford. With those two things he worked it out. He never appeared to be inpatient. He always assured me that he would get me into a car. I ended up getting the one that I wanted. Thanks to his hard work.
I’m still waiting on my vehicle to be service still didn’t get to drive it yet to get a survey yet on the car. My car salesmen never call me back abut the service on the car I had to call him.but he still never call me back to tell me about the car.still waiting but I do still have the loneners vehicle
