Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
Needed an oil change on short notice, they said no problem, bring it on by. I dropped the truck off a half hour before they opened, and there were service people there already. They took my keys and info inside and off I went. Called me an hour later to tell me it was finished. All for $35.
Took my Challenger Scatpack in for its third oil change on 9/19/18 and as usual Daniel my service advisor and Christian my technician treated me with respect and courtesy. The car was returned to me just as clean as it was when I arrived including under the hood. Customer for life!
Purchased a 2016 Infinity QX60 and very impressed with the quality and overall workmanship of the vehicle. Ross an exceptional sales person and made me feel at ease going through the process of this purchase. During my research of recondition titles it was difficult finding leaning institutes that would provide the necessary financing but Ross was very helpful there. I would recommend an extended warranty for peace of mind. Overall experience GREAT!!! And I plan to go back for the wife.
What a great experience it was purchasing my Jeep from Tri County! It was such an easy process and my dealer Derrick Geisler took the time to help me with my needs! Derrick and his manager Mike McVeigh took the time and effort to help me get where I wanted to be in a payment! I was shopping another dealership in the area and knew right away they were trying to pull a fast one on me which did not sit well with me. You can't please everyone but before making a decision go to Tri County before a final decision...I'm happy I did!! Thanks Tri County!!!
My Experience at Sands was the way it should be at every dealership! I'm that tough customer who contemplates and perseverates until I find exactly what I want. Looking for a used car, I am glad my final decision ended with a warm and welcoming dealership such as Sands. Joe Lyons was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful Between Joe, Matt and Chris my experience was flawless. They did everything right to make it work for me with in my budget! The sales people are very helpful and outgoing. They listen to what you were looking for. Which as we all know is the most important thing when looking for a new vehicle. They try to get you exactly what you want.
Living in Connecticut my wife and I were very apprehensive of driving several hours to purchase a used vehicle after viewing only an online advertisement. Telephoning the dealer and speaking with the manager we both felt comfortable enough to negotiate a price. After arriving at the dealership my wife and I were welcomed as we walked through the door. We were introduced to Angela, one of the sales associates, who provided a tremendous amount of information. Angela was extremely patient explaining all the features of the vehicle and answering all of our questions. The dealership accurately listed the vehicle online plus provided a free CarFax report with sufficient photographs to make an informed decision. This was first time either of us ever purchased a vehicle from another state but after this experience likely we will do it again. Both Sue and I were very impressed with the dealership ability to make the purchase seamless which included processing all the Connecticut DMV paperwork. Sue and myself both strongly recommend this dealer after experiencing first hand their professionalism.
Was trying to buy a Durango and spoke to / met with over 5 dealerships. By far, this was the best and easiest to work with and get the price that I needed. There were no games and no fake conversation; just business. Great salesman and didn't have to play the "man behind the curtain" game with the sales Mgr. Great experience.
Just bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara and had the best experience! Our salesman, Glenn was knowledgeable and kind, the Sales Manager Russell was a pleasure to work with, and the Finance Department and Insurance Department are amazing too! I went in to Pellegrino in hopes of purchasing a jeep I found online and Patrick graciously assisted me during my process. I did not end up liking the original Jeep I went to see but Patrick had 2 others he was able to show me. He was very patient and diligent while working with me, allowing me to test drive the vehicles, and especially during the buying process. He did all that he could to allow me to drive me Jeep off of the lot that day and to make sure I left satisfied with my payments which I was extremely grateful for. He is truly a wonderful person.
I spoke with Glenn Hughes, salesman, on the phone. He listened to my concerns regarding other car dealers that I had visited, only to find out the price quotes over the phone and text messages changed by thousands of dollars at the dealership. Glenn asked pertinent information and assured me the price that was quoted would not be beat or change upon my arrival. I got the Minivan that I wanted for my growing family at the Pellegrino. And the quoted price, was then beaten by dealers at Pellegrino. Thank you Glenn for a great car buying experience. I look forward to future business with Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep.
I just want to say thanks to Bob Vesper and Brian in finance for taking such good care of me ....you guys are the best..I couldn't be more happy with my Jeep..I have already told all my friends that they need to go to Pellegrino and see you before they purchase a Jeep anywhere else...I know I will be back in the future!
