Found a jeep grand cherokee online. Spoke with Betsy and went down to see her within 30 minutes of phone conversation. Upon my arrival Betsy had the car pulled up so my time was time was not wasted. Entire process from the time I saw the vehicle to purchase was about an hour and a half. Betsy was fabulous. Zach did a great job without high pressure tactics to get me to purchase extended warranties, etc... I would go back again!
Forest Lake Chrysler has far and away the best dealership I have been to. From the moment we walked it they moved with urgency and purpose. As busy parents with two kids we did not have much time. Purchased 2018 Kia Sportage, safety system prevented a crash. I am sure that it , also, prevented great bodily harm to me....and that’s very good.

Barnett took it upon themselves to apply for a loan from a random bank without my permission when my original loan was rejected from my bank. The process started as them telling me there were rules for applying for car loans from banks. I only wanted $1,500 and they said minimum was $6,000. They did not know what they were doing. There also was a new rule at my bank that you could not take out a loan on an older car. Run. Stay away. Let them go bankrupt. Find an honest dealer.
We will be doing business with Barnett again in the future. Our sales agent, Dave Marcotte, dealt with us courteously and with genuine warmth. He made sure all our questions were answered and made it worth our time to drive some distance to get to Barnett. The sales process was extremely simple and fluid and we felt like they really appreciated us bringing our business to Barnett. We have already recommended Barnett Auto to several friends who are or may soon be in the market for a new/used vehicle.

Betsy was fantastic. Betsy heard what I was looking for and took the time to find the perfect car! Buying a car is terrifying especially when you have something in mind at the end of the season. Betsy was able to locate it and took the time needed to make sure I was comfortable with making this decision. I don't think I will ever buy another car without going through Betsy first! Yeah you!
We had some credit issues and came to this dealership as they were recommended to help people with credit issues. We found a car and filled out our paper work and waited 24 hours for our approval. After submitting extra paperwork we were still waiting only to find out that the financing guy had left for the day and we were going to have to wait until the third day to finalize our purchase, We were ready to walk away and go somewhere else when they finally found someone to finish our paperwork and deliver or car. I felt that we were treated very poorly and the sales person almost lost a sale due to the poor performance of the financing person. I would question myself if I would ever return there if I was in the market for another car.
Kevin our salesman was most informative, friendly,kind, courteous, and over the top helpful. You have a great employee there make sure you keep him as he an Exceptional asset to your company. We really liked how he showed us how everything works in my new truck and explaining about the garage opener. He needs to be employee of the month/year for his hard work he puts toward your company.
