I contacted Carbone online, within 2 days Charlie found me a car in my price range and the deal was struck. I went in completed paperwork and drove my new car home. Charlie mad the process very simple. The best transaction for a car I have ever had. I will certainly recommend The Carbone group to anyone in need of a car. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and kind. i came to your dealership with an appointment for a warranty issue. i stood at the service desk, just inside the overhead door in the entrance to the garage, behind another person, waiting to talk to the service writer, i had two people behind me also waiting for the service writer. The service writer finished helping the person ahead of me and i stepped up to desk and the service writer then answered the phone and talked for several minutes while i waited then laid the phone down and left the area for several more minutes came back and hung up phone and left again for another several minutes. when he came back he was on a cell phone and then suggested that me and the other people waiting at the desk for him should go to the office and find someone to help us as he was to busy to assist us. I went to the office and was helped by another person who was very nice and took very good care of my issue and fixed my truck in short order. I would recommend your dealership to others and will use your dealership myself. I will recommend though that people skip the service writer desk and go to the inside office. I found the service writer to be rude and uninterested in customer service, not a good first impression when arriving at the dealership.
I have debated for a while on getting a small SUV. When I got to the dealership I had all intention on just browsing to see what styles I like and possibly test drive something. Geoff met us outside with a smile and was very friendly. Car shopping can be stressful and he was very laid back and open to questions- not pushy or persuasive. He helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted within an hour and two different test drives. I now have a beautiful 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited sitting in my driveway. I cannot give him enough credit for my experience. Job well done Geoff! I will absolutely refer him to my friends and family who are looking for a vehicle. Thank you again for everything Carbone!!!!

My experience was great. The salesman Matthew Rupp did a great job working with us ensuring we got everything we were looking for in a truck. We were very pleased with this dealership and service they provided and strongly recommend them to all our friends.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I use to hate car shopping. Till I experienced the Maguire No Haggle system. They made my wife and I very comfortable from the minute we arrived there. They didn't show any pressure toward us and explained the advantages of buying a vehicle through them. The extra incentives were great. We will tell everyone we know to stop there first if ever looking to buy.
