A Great Experience

We searched for the last 2 years for the perfect Dodge 2500 pickup truck after driving the same Ford F-250 for 16 years. We found that truck via the computer at Keene’s Dodge in Jarrettsville, Maryland about two hours from where live.
We called on a Friday and were transferred to Sales Professional, Andy Braswell. We inquired about the Dodge 2500 truck. It appeared to be the perfect truck for our family. We set up an appointment for the next day. Andy spent a lot of time with us and was very professional and patient. We also discussed bringing in our old truck for a trade in on the following Monday. Andy said he was off on Monday’s, however he will come in because the truck might not be there on Tuesday.
We came back out to the Keene dealership again that following Monday. Again, Andy spent a lot of time with us until they closed. This was a big decision for us. Andy worked with us assisted by his Manager, Derek and gave us a fair trade in in for our old truck. When it was time for us to leave in our “new” truck, the team at Keene did a fabulous job cleaning and detailing the truck so it looked like perfection. It was very much appreciated since they were closing and stayed later for us.
What a great and memorable experience we had purchasing this truck. It looked and ran like new and was certified with an incredible warranty. What a difference after dealing with a so called dealership about five months earlier, Morgan Automotive, a used car sales lot; we found the same type truck, but not as good a condition nor with much of a warranty. That truck was sold out from under us after we agreed we would be in the next day to purchase the truck. I guess it was our destiny to find and purchase this truck from Keene’s Dodge.
Andy took the time and placed new floor mats in the vehicle. The truck only had one key fob with it. Apparently, the second key fob was not turned in when the truck was traded in. Andy promised another key fob with the vehicle within the next week, but first he was going to attempt to contact the original owner and see if he still had it. Andy obtained the key fob the very next day.
We thanked Andy for all he did for us; his excellent customer service and patience and for coming in to complete the deal on his day off. Andy said he has been selling vehicles for the last 23 years, loves what he does and being at Keene Dodge. Andy was very professional, courteous, honest, and a man of his word, which is rare in today’s world. Just before we completed this review we received a complimentary first oil change for the Dodge 2500. We found out Keen’s was in business for the past several decades. Well you can see why when you deal with them. You can be sure we will be back to see them in the future.
