This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

Hands down the best Jeep ever.. would take it over the Santa Fe any day of the week.. there’s no comparison.. performance is excellent.. have 70,000 miles on a 2018 and a 2019.. ac went out on one but warranty covered it🙂🙂

Our salesman was polite and pleasant. No rushing or pushy or trying to be persistent on purchasing the vehicle we test drove. The finance person was extremely helpful as well. He showed us our options and was not pushy either. Allowed us to take our time and talk it over before we came to a decision. He explained everything in detail and in a way we could easily understand. Overall, the experience was the best. We will definitely be coming here for our future purchases from now on.

I absolutely love my jeep it’s comfortable reliable and completely rugged I never feel like I’m going to get stranded stuck or be taken down by anything you feel completely safe high up and well compact in this vehicle definitely worth the money I will never change my vehicle make!!! My experience with Mac Haik was phenomenal. After weeks of shopping for a used Expedition locally, I had to move my search nationwide. With this came dealing with several shady dealerships that advertise one thing and try to con you into something else, or hide a bunch of fees into their "online price". Not with Mac Haik. I bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid from Auto Boutique in 2019, I mistakenly picked a fusion first until I realized it wasn’t the hybrid. I drove it back and the dealership was so great about it, fortunately for me they had another car on the lot that was a hybrid and swapped it out for me. It’s been a great car and I will buy from them again. As for the so called hidden fees of $2000 attached to every purchase: there is always tax and licensing with every new car you buy, anywhere you go, Duh!
