Used Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale in Batavia, IL

We were a little nervous about making a 3 hr road trip to look at a Grand Cherokee but, they were one of the few places that had what we were looking for. Which is unfortunatly the reality today. We spoke with Nathan from the interenet who got us all the information we needed and more. Upon arrival James was our salesman. Truely nice guy who explained things about the vehicle and was wonderful about answering our questions. The whole process was smooth. James kept us informed and things moving along. Everyone we encountered from sales manager, to finance, to store manager were very nice and gracious. The only thing that we did not care for is that when a car is sold the music is CRANKED and COW BELLS are rang. but the killer was the horns from the vehicles within the show room were honked right where we were sitting. I get that your creating a vibe but, come on. Its just one little thing that otherwise was a great experience. Thanks so much James!

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

I lost one of two cars in (purchased in Hawk Ford St Charles IL.) a Hurricane Irma, I was forced to move back to IL. due to CLEANUP of the Island from devastation no, power, water, sewer and Wi-Fi. etc. I went back to HAWK FORD to purchase another car. PS. At this moment I'm still reside in IL.

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

Very dependable so far after 2year ownership. Every day driver and my first Jeep. Added Bilstine shocks, a lift kit, B.F.Goodrich all terrain tires and what a performance difference for the simple. I love my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and would own another.

I highly recommend this dealership. We worked with Tom and he was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He worked with me over the phone and did not waste my time. I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!

Love my GC 80th Anniversary Edition. A little over 15K miles and she’s been in the shop 2 times now with a squeaking coming from the engine. Tensioner rod and idle sensor were replaced first, they had it for almost a month. alternator was just replaced, they had it for a week. Picked her up last night, drove her this morning and it’s still squeaking! Very frustrated but hoping to get her fixed!

I got my dream car from Affinity 2 months ago and I m super happy. It was a great experience, salesperson Armin was knowledgeable about everything. The car was in the showroom, used but looked like new! Financing went smoothly and quickly. I will be back next month for my daughter’s car.

This car has everything we need and more. 4x4, looks, performance, can be towed behind an RV. Includes sun roof, rear camera, safety braking, more. Rides great.

after speaking with Dino & Danny went to see the car and wasn't disappointed, easy guy's to talk to, I'm an older gentleman to use the term loosely, if your a pisano go see Dino, he speaks your language, you'll enjoy the interaction, both Dino and Danny make you feel welcome and won't try to talk you into anything, took it for a test ride by myself, give um a look, nice guy's, Roy...:-}

This truck has what I need. I needed a 4x4 vehicle in order to not get stuck in the winter and this truck will definitely help.

This vehicle by far is the top of line in the Jeep category. It is the first Jeep vehicle to come out with a diesel engine. It performs outstanding & has plenty of pep and gets good fuel mileage. It is towable if you own a motor home as I do, you can tow it with all wheels on the ground. You can not Tow It On A Tow Dolly. I would recommend this vehicle to everyone who wants to off road or highway driving.

Technology in this vehicle is awesome. I got the Summit edition with Uconnect package. Through the APP I can forward addresses to the Jeep GPS for showing clients homes to sell. Saves me time!

I have purchased a number of vehicles and this was by far one of the easiest, stress-free vehicle purchases I have ever made. Auto Land, Inc had the vehicle I was looking for. When I called to inquire about it I was transferred to Amaury (Audy) Mora. He was straightforward, pleasant, knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. He even discussed all maintenance records they had on the vehicle. During our conversation I informed him that I would be buying this vehicle sight unseen as I am out of state. This Jeep is very responsive. plenty of room in the hatch with or without the seats down. The seats are comfortable and the moon roof is wonderful .
