Keep working on getting it right

Following last service several months ago (which was satisfactory) AFTER Jeremy S. - then new Mgr. - took the time to, with dedicated effort, rectify numerous previous service errors, recall $$ charges, plus poor quality work through a succession of Mgr. changes, we felt he had done us right, at last! Were thrilled, thought this Dealership finally could be dependable. Purchased 2006 PU here; we've faithfully returned for our service/maintenance. Lost trust completely, but forced to return for you to correct continued range of issues ..which overall were addressed in our favor. Then a must return again for another problem initiated by you! Found another Mgr. in place!?!!
