I moved to Florida about 3 months ago and was concerned about where I should take my car for service. In the state that I used to live in, I used the dealership where I bought my Infiniti and was always pleased.
In my new home, I had the choice of two Infiniti dealerships and chose to go to the one in Coconut Creek. What a great decision!! Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice person who set me up with a very friendly and professional service representative, Steve Bussius. Steve has been wonderful! Very caring and understanding, and professional of course. I needed new tires and he found a special that he could honor which saved me the cost of one tire as the special was buy 3, get the 4th for $1.
I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend this dealership. Their employees are very friendly and professional and provide great customer service.
This dealership had the best prices in the state of Florida for a 2018 Tiguan SEL, hands down. I visited, called, and compared prices at many of them before making my way over. Larson, our salesman, was willing to go above and beyond to make a deal with us. He worked hard to get us at a number we were comfortable with and oversaw the entire deal until we drive off of the lot. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Larson!

Honestly, I didn???t not think I could afford a brand new car! But Stives explained Hyundai???s new lease program and I found that I could actually walk away with a beautiful brand new car with an unbeatable warranty. The whole experience was excellent from Stives to his manager to their accounting person???all wonderful, kind people. I???m so excited to have joined the Hyundai family of Coconut Creek!
I I am a repeat customer and recently purchased a new QX 50. The car is incredible and my sales person, Walter, made the experience pleasurable. I have used the same service writer for three years, Tony Gaye and she has the best service writer I have ever had.
We really appreciate the way Andres Pérez helped us through the buying process. He kept in touch with us as soon as he noticed that we were looking for a car. He was very attentive to our requirements. Since we bought the car on Sunday he washed the car by himself trying to make us happy. Jorge the financial manager was very professional and kind.
My wife and I were extremely happy with our experience. One comment we made to the sale manager was that when one salesperson is extremely busy others should be more inclined to help so customers do not have to spend excessive time at the dealership. This by no means takes anything away from our sales person (Jonathan).
Basically, I believe that when selling new cars there shouldn???t be any problems with the car. Due to my experience here I had to wait an extra hour and a half after purchasing the vehicle. It should have been all ready to be received upon purchase
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
