Good experience, but double check the offered warranty

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
We recently purchased a used Cadillac from John Elway Cadillac in Lone Tree. Our salesman Greg Stockton was outstanding. It was definitely the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle new or used. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

While my vehicle to be repaired after an accident, I was renting a Rouge Sport and fell in love. I begin my inquiry online and soon after I was contacted via text by a representative of L.H. Miller. For a couple of weeks I was in regular contact, working through details. By the time I was ready, I was in and out of the dealership in under 2-hours driving away in my new car. I really appreciated the staff collectively working together, all on my terms and letting me choose my car buying experience.
Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.
After working with other dealers in the area, I went down to Faricy Boys to take a look at a Jeep Wrangler I reviewed online. I had been looking at Wranglers for a few months, so I knew what I wanted. The other dealers didn't have the Wranglers on their lot that were listed on their internet site, which was very frustrating. I worked with Brandon Wilke, who couldn't have been more polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The buying process was quick and efficient. I was in and out within 2 1/2 hours, which included my test drive. Thank you Brandon for a fantastic car buying experience!!
I have had not one but two incredible experiences with the sales team at Emich, namely Dieter, the sales person I have worked with both times. Dieter is fair, honest, upfront and responsive. He doesn't just care about the sale, he cares about getting you in the right car and the right loan situation. I am so appreciative to have a team I can forever trust with my car needs. Got a super good deal on a Tacoma with these guys. I live in Albuquerque and they picked me up from the airport and literally was in and out of the dealership in 30 min, it was a cash deal and it was so nice to have the dealership understand that up front. No pressure at all to buy any other products as everything was negotiated prior to me showing up. There is always that concern buying a unit sight unseen but as soon as I showed up and I saw that the truck was clean clean clean. Hopped back on I25 South and had no issues whatsoever. Truck really feels and looks new, especially the interior, I cant believe it is used. I can still smell a hint of that "new car smell" when it heats up a little outside when I get in. Have had for a month now and am still loving it. These guys are straight up, I dealt with Nachie, the GM, as well as Victor in Finance, and Rafael and Jesus in Sales, all were very helpful, friendly and most importantly ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner. Save yourself from the big franchise lots and stick with this independent. Thanks again!!!
I take my utility sports vehicle to Alpine Buick on a regular basis because of the outstanding service provided by the Quick Oil Lube Department. I also receive the same type of service from the repairs department, if my vehicle requires repair. Great job, technicians!
