Julie was great. She had to work very hard to find my red Forester with the equipment I wanted and didn't give up until she did. She answered all my questions and reassured me that I really has a car even though it wasn't physically there yet. She showed how to work and find everything I needed to know to drive it and let me know she was always available to answer any more that arose. It was and is a very good experience.

We had such a great experience with Janesville Subaru! We had an Outback that we loved. It was the only car we had ever had the luxury of building to suit the needs of our family. Our 2016 Outback took great care of our family every day...down to the moment that we hit a deer while cruising at 70 mph on a highway heading toward an important family gathering. My husband and I were the only ones in the car. Thankfully, the kids were safely at home with their grandma. What a truly intense and unforgettable experience. Luckily, we made it unscathed...so unbelievably blessed! Our sweet Outback, however, was totaled. Two week later we found ourselves at Janesville Subaru. We were healthy and happy, but felt nervous about going through the process of buying a new family car. From the moment we stepped foot in the door, Austin stepped in and to made sure that our experience in buying our new Outback was comfortable and met our needs and expectations in every way. Austin has been a pleasure to work with and has offered us exemplary customer service as we get settled with our new family vehicle.
Pleasant welcome and generally efficient presentation of plans for somewhat technical automotive work. Despite 3 or 4 different prices quoted for my replacement wheel cover - it was nice that the price kept getting lower.
Randy is an excellent salesman to deal with. Attention to detail was extraordinary. This dealership really cares about the customer. They offer a large inventory to choose from. The work I had done I was told on my last visit would be about $150.00. I was billed $197.00. A little disappointed with that. My reset for my oil change wasn't done so I did that at home myself. Despite this I keep coming here for regular maintenance. I just feel it's the thing to do. I don't upset easily. All in all I've always had a good experience
Don and Robert were awesome, both were very upfront and honest. I got a great deal on the RAM, but I also earned a couple of friends. I will go back to buy my next vehicle no doubt. Great business, great people, highly recommend Don but you better be ready to hear the truth bc he's a straight shooter.
Just finished up my purchase of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kunes Country in Elkhorn Wisc and I can say it was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant, which continued to enhance the buying experience...genuinely nice people. My sales person was Mike Oberthaler. He stayed in close touch by phone and email during the process and made the transaction go smoothly. He also provided good advice and explanations of the various rebates, models, options and pricing. Mike also tracked down a vehicle for me that more closely met my needs. I would encourage anyone in the market to give them a try.

Kadi and Peter, worked hard to get me to buy. I came into look at my options. Kadi texted and emailed me updates for about 3 weeks. Ryan once we found the car, they worked hard to get me financed.
