Bought this SUV last week. My "new" 2012 JGC had 227,000 miles on it. The salesperson didn't know much about the Jeep, as it was a Ford dealership I had gone to. Two days later, I had to go for preparations to bury my son, over 800 miles away. I was very fearful, because I had this JGC that I had never driven before, and I was on this journey alone. I have seen so many cars with temp plates sitting on the side of the road, and was fearful mine could just be another one. Needless to say, the only 2 things I haven't liked about my vehicle transaction, is that there is no owners manual, and evidently the sensor for low fuel doesn't work. I knew about the owners manual before the purchase, but not the low fuel indicator. I will just fill up at 1/4 tank asI always have. LOVE, LOVE this vehicle.....stylish, comfy, and all the perks. Auto start and heated seats will surely be welcomed as winter can hit hard here in the midwest. So far, the best car I've had, and I've had a lot over the last 55 years!

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

Limited trim with Luxury Tech II package so it well equipped with all I wanted. Got a great deal on it too. So cannot be happier. The V6 naturally aspirated engine that makes about 300Hp, very good torque of about 260, spacious and very good interior and exterior design with a reasonable price, make this beauty a very good competitor to luxury SUVs in its class like X5 or GLE. The difference is that you pay a way too less and you'll get a way too more with your money. Plus yoi can keep the car since it last for sure longer than all those luxury brands. Just to mention here, I swiched from a bimmer to Grand Cherokee and I am very happy of my choice.

The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

Hands down the best Jeep ever.. would take it over the Santa Fe any day of the week.. there’s no comparison.. performance is excellent.. have 70,000 miles on a 2018 and a 2019.. ac went out on one but warranty covered it🙂🙂

I never write a review but our recent visit to Johnson Dodge of Budd Lake was so refreshingly awesome for both my husband and I that we had to find a way to make a review. First, there is a live person answering the phones! She was pleasant and directed us to the proper department. Our Jeep Wrangler was being towed so we were passed to service. We primarily dealt with Cortney but if she wasn’t available everyone in service went out of their way to help us. Cortney was so professional and super nice. She followed up as promised, she had the car looked at sooner then we expected. The Service technicians kept her in the loop on the status of the repair so she had answers for me when we spoke. Also, the Repair was done sooner then we were told. At pickup she took the time to explain what was done and walk my husband to car so he didn’t have to look all over the yard for it. Amazing that this experience is so rare, live receptionist, returning phone calls, helping out even if it’s not “your” customer etc. My husband met me at a local restaurant, the first thing he said to myself and the waitress, was “ those people are the nicest people I ever dealt with at a dealership, I don’t mind driving 30min if we are dealing with people like that.” Thank you Johnson Dodge, from a new lifetime customer.
