This is by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. Buying groceries when you forget your list at home is harder. I was welcomed like family and treated as an equal during my visit and that itself was worth the trip. There was no running around or fillers saying "well... this or that" and it was amazing. I cannot thank these people enough for their help with me purchasing a GMC Acadia Denali. You guys are awesome!
The dealer had the vehicle and price I was looking for online. The process was fairly simple. There were deficiencies that the dealer did not disclose or repair. The dealer alleged to have had the vehicle inspected and we had to repair the lights prior to driving it home.
The staff at the service Department was awesome and professional, did a fantastic job, coffee bar was awesome as you wait for your car the coffee Cafe came in handy and the new decore was real European
My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. I brought the car in early around 7:45 a.m. and the technician Keris went over the work that was to be done. They took the car in and the work was done within an hour. After paying for the service, I left the lot by 9:00 a.m. They really made my day. Thank you for the express service.
Emmy made my experience buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara the very best car purchase of my life! Since I am retired and in my 60s, that is saying quite a lot! She was super friendly, mixing her personal rapport and social skills with her thorough knowledge of the car buying process. Along with her manager Katie, they succeeded in getting me my dream car at a price well within my desired range! I cannot be effusive enough in praise of Emmy and Katie, and their ability to combine superb professional skills with an ability to listen to the needs of their customer. Five star experience!
Took car in for service and a list of items to check and repair. One problem with tire on passenger front routinely leaks. They were unable to find a problem and said it was fine. Drove home and tire pressure gauge indicated low pressure in tire. We are now researching solutions on our own. They also said it would take 2 days to order new oil pan and car would be ready then. Waited one week for part to come in. Other than that, customer service for drop off & pick up were excellent!
My wife and I needed another vehicle so we figured we would look around at some car lots and if a salesman happened to snag us then so be it. We were on the lot not even 5 minutes when our salesman, Arthur Thomas, approached us. Right off the bat he was very personable and likable. No immediate pressure to talk numbers or even sell. Long story short, he spent close to 7 hours with us, catering to our every question with honesty and let us test drive whatever our hearts desired. Ultimately he bent over backwards for us and got us into a vehicle that was right for us and that we love. Nice dealership, nice staff but if you wind up at Cutter in Honolulu make sure you ask for Arthur because in all honesty, with this guy, you can't go wrong.
