I recently had my son's '06 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recall. It had been garaged for 2 years. The a. c. was not blowing out of vents. I asked if they would check that out after performing recall service.
They said a rat had built a nest in the a c.& they gave me a $1,400 estimate. I was on the phone to service dept & said I would hold off on repairs. When I arrived at dealer to pick up Jeep they then told me the repair on a.c. would be $1100+
I was charged $69 diagnostic fee + $7 for "some screws"
We took the Jeep to a local mechanic who cleaned the rat's nest out ,added freon & charged $145. The a.c. is blowing cold clean air now.
I'd like to know how Studeville came up with the $1100 estimate!
I say "customer beware".

The longer we own it the more we love it. it gets good mpg its very quiet luxurious well put together and we feel save driving it.a very solidly made car.
Love this vehicle, I refuse to purchase anything else. I enjoy this vehicle due to its off road capabilities, options, and Hemi power. This is the first Trailhawk variant I've experienced and I'm absolutely loving it.
Salesman Prestin was awesome and everyone was super friendly. The paperwork did not take forever and it was carefully explained. I love my new car.

I have always like the Grand Cherokee and the Explorer, but I feel you can get a lot more for your money with the Grand Cherokee. I have the Limited trim model, and love my leather seats, heated seats, 8" display, and much more.
One month ago my wife and I were shopping for a low mileage used car. So one day on my lunch break I decided to stop by Bill White Volkswagen. Now, I'll be honest to say that I had my guard up before I stepped out of my car simply because my wife and I have purchased 8 cars in our lifetime and have visited many car lots over the years and have dealt with several salesmen. Most often we have encountered rude and pushy sales teams in the river valley and in NWA. But this car lot was a way different experience than the others. I was greeted by a nice and professional young man named Will Musgrove. He was very polite and gave me space to gather my thoughts while shopping. When the time came to introduce me to his sales manager, Michael Justice, I was just as impressed with his professional attitude and being straight forward o help me make the right decision. So often you meet a nice salesman, but then when you meet the sales manager you're looking for the exit. But not with this guy. He was the best I've ever met. Over all I can say that my shopping experience with Will and Michael was one of the best that I ever had. Sincerely, Dean D.

This car met all my needs and was a great family hauler for my wife and two kids. We were even able to fit our two large dogs. It’s been a great vehicle!
