My lease was almost up on my 2019 Grand Cherokee LTD. I didn't like the new look of the 2022 so I was planning on leasing a different brand altogether. So happy they came out with the WK model. It's exactly like the original Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD. Why mess with perfection?

I worked with Kyle, Frank and Ismir. I contacted Kyle when I recently had a car accident and totaled a car, I had purchased from them just a few months back. Frank was great and took care of all the waranty questions I had for the totaled car. We were then to move onto the purchase of a new car. Kyle went on a test drive for us when I had questions about the car I was buying. He reassured me that everything would be looked over and fixed before leaving. Ismir did an amazing job getting us financed. We were originally having problems due to just buying a new car a couple months ago and the mess of the lein holder being paid in full. There are 4 jeep drivers in my house. We were lucky they brought back the body style of the grand cherokee wk. 2 of us drive overland model. The gc limited wk is just as nice, the 2022 has some really nice features, like when you leave truck with the key it's starts a pattern beep to let you know the keys are with you. The comfort &tight suspension is there. The grand cherokee wk is great truck. The island dealership is fabulous in staten Island. My family has bought numerous trucks there. The service department is great also. All the staff are very attentive. Great jeep & great dealership

I bought a 2018 Lexus ES350, which is not they normally sell. The car had some issues. Ivan and Adam and service department did the best they could to sort out the problems. They put 2 new tires, 2 new cv axles, front end alignment and a new struts. All these helped but didn’t fix it completely. It was a beautiful car with less than 20000 miles. My wife and I wanted really wanted it. So I asked what they would do if my mechanic found something else. Adam told me that they would give a thousand dollars towards it if my mechanic found anything. My mechanic found that the engine mounts were bad. Cost was just under $900. I had it fixed and sent a copy of the bill to Adam. It took a while because of the holidays, but I received a check for the full amount. What a delightful surprise that a hand shake deal actually went through. Can’t say enough about how professional they were. Highly recommend them.

This is the third Grand Cherokee I have owned. The other 2 were 1996 and 2000. The only reason I got away from them is the gas mileage. My new 2022 is averaging around 21 mpg right now but only has 500 miles. In time it might get even better. It is getting better then my 2015 Enclave so I am pleased. I am VEARY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING THING about my new Jeep Grand Cherokee!

I Was not eligible for Veterans discount of 500.00 you have to be active or retired veteran I was drafted in 1968 and spent 13 months overseas I not eligible for Chrysler veterans discount I think all Veterans should get it

Dealt with Adam Fuller at Brickners Jeep and had a very positive experience purchasing my new Jeep Trackhawk! While other greedy dealers were "trying" to charge $30K over sticker, Adam sold to me at MSRP which shows the true character of himself and the operators of this dealership. Had a curbed wheel at delivery and Adam sent a new one no questions asked! From start to finish Adam was friendly, professional, and very helpful ensuring everything went smoothly. A while back I went on line just to do some market research for a possible new car. I was able to contact an internet representative and asked about a 2022 vw golf gti. She was very helpful. I was told the dealership had one scheduled to come in August. I took my car in and was referred to Dean Wentzel salesman. I told him about the offer to buy my car and that I was interested in a golf gti. He took my information and said he would do his best to mark the car as sold to ensure I got it becausethey are in short supply. August 19, I got a call from both Dean and the internet sales rep saying my car was in. Dean took the majority of my documents via text so I wouldn't have to spend too much time at the dealership. Easiest transaction for a car i have had and I have had many. The car is great, the customer service is awesome and I would recommend purchasing from this dealership. Now it's time to play!!!
