The sales people were very knowledgeable, showed the proper interest in us as buyers and applied no pressure on us to buy something that day. Between phone calls, emails and our visit to the dealership, I was very happy with my experiences with them. Kyle was very polite and helpful providing us with all the information and options available to without making us feel pressured. once we made our decision he moved the process ahead quickly and got our cruze ready while setting us up with our finance person, she was very courteous and helpful explaining all of our warranty options and packages getting all of our paperwork finished and us on our way. i was impressed with the ability to find the vehicle we wanted set everything up with the internet staff so when we arrived everything was ready and available to us, from the time we drove on the lot till we left with our new vehicle was right at two hours.
