Service was great! Took their time in evaluating. Mike was a good customer service agent. Called back when necessary to provide updates. Determined the issue to be warranty, thus saving on our end. We did end up having to pay for a new set of tires because of the issue prior to the Orchard inspection. But are and have been happy with Orchards customer service team and the quality of work from the technicians.
Had a great experience getting our new Toyota here. Everyone was friendly and the entire process from start to finish was fast (which has been on my greatest frustrations during previous car purchases). I love my new Highlander, it was exactly the car I had researched and wanted for months only finally deciding to pull the trigger after taking to Molly over email. Will definitely be back and tell others.

I used the service department to make two separate repairs on a Jeep at different times.. Josh Kohn advised on both repairs and both repairs were completed as promised. No issues months later. Solid quality workmanship. I also have dealt with Joe Thomas in sales on a used car transaction. Joe was extremely helpful throughout the transaction. I strongly recommend this dealer for Sales & Service.
I bought my Honda Accord from Jeremy 5 years ago. I got a new phone about 6months ago and it has been nothing but trouble as far as staying connected with the car. Jeremy has helped fix this problem multiple times and never seems to be bothered when I show up for help. He greets us with a smile goes right to work usually has us back up and running in about 2 min. Jeremy is patient, kind and professional and that is why we will continue to do business with Cawood!
Vehicle was exactly as advertised on Cars.com. E-mailed that we were coming to see it and was happy to see it was washed. Took it for a long test drive and decided to buy it. Everything went well. I wish all shopping experiences were this easy.

I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Aaron found a new Solar Yellow with the Power Sunroof and referred me to his manager Gus Abdal who called me to go over my non-negotiables and my negotiables. Both gentlemen worked their magic and not only found me a Renegade with all of my non-negotiables but one with many additional upgrades. They honored the price the other dealer and I had agreed upon even though this new car had all the bells and whistles and cost more. They made it happen! They sent a driver out of state to retrieve it and when it came time to come in and sign all of the paperwork, Aaron saw me walking over to Gus’s desk and stopped what he was busily working on to say, “So, today’s the big day! Picking up the Renegade I see. I ‘m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?” with a huge smile on his face. Gus’s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. If you are in the market for a Chrysler or Jeep - Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep is the place to go! Just ask for Aaron Carter or Gus Abdal. These two gentlemen will listen to you and find you exactly what you want!
Marty, salesman, is very professional and honest. He has held true to everything that he said he would do. I have no complaints with this dealership. If you are looking for a dependable used car, I highly recommend Marty. In today's society, this type of service is not the norm.
Waiting area and the whole new car area is in desperate need of updates. Feels old and dirty. Service department is the only reason I go and that isn't much better. The last 2 visits, one or two service writers working and they do not like making eye contact to acknowledge you.
I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
We have been dealing with Jim Shepherd and crew since we moved to Richmond in 1995 and refuse to go anywhere else for sales or service. We've always received service with loving, caring, "family" excellence. We just bought a "new" used vehicle for my wife and got a better deal than any other dealer. I bought my Focus from Jim Shepherd years ago, sight unseen. Told him want I wanted in a car as I needed one. He arranged all finances and picked me out a car that exceeded my expectations and with a lower price and payments than expected. Same as today with my wife needing a "new" used vehicle. Walked in, told the team what I needed and what I could afford and they set my wife up in a "like new" Mercury Mariner with all the bells and whistles at 2.17% APR which is fantastic. Just took my car in for service and good going over as it's high mileage with orders to "fix/change/flush anything that needed fixing." Instead of a high dollar bill, I got a reasonable bill for only necessary upkeep and good for another 20K miles all within one day, car washed and cleaned upon return. Greatest service department in my life. One cannot say too much about the team at Shepherd Sales and Service. In all honesty, if you're going anywhere else, you're doing yourself and your pocketbook a disservice. May God bless Jim Shepherd and his team as you will not find nicer, more caring and helpful people on this planet. Going anywhere else...is just wrong.
