I purchased a used vehicle that I found online. I emailed them initially about it and got a call back from Laurel right away. She was super great on the phone and worked through all the questions I had. It didn't take but a day to work out all the details and I booked a flight to come pick it up (I'm in St. Louis). She picked me up from the airport (on her day off even) and made sure everything went through before she left. Couldn't be happier with the experience and I would recommend them highly.
Frank, the salesman, was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Brett the finance guy was great at explaining everything and even Brian the manager was very friendly and kept checking on us. Terry went above and beyond when financing our vehicle. He tried multiple financial institutions, and he advocated for our case. Finally, after his hard work and dedication to our financing, Terry supported us in driving home a 2015 Kia Optima with only 51,000 miles and a clean title history. Additionally, we had a trade-in that was not running, and Terry stayed late on a Saturday to tow the vehicle, designate a loner vehicle, and secure an appointment for early the following week.
