Everything was good they made me feel as if I had more options than other dealers I went too in the last month. Also I didn't feel as if I was just being sold a car. Or them just wanting the money from me . The time was made for me to feel satisfied .
James Callender met us and guided us through the process of selecting a Forester. Then, he kept us posted as the car we specially ordered was prepared and shipped to Ganley. When the day of delivery came, James and Jim in finance efficiently processed our purchase, and I was off...very excited to have my comfy Subaru! I love the feel and the visibility it allows while driving. A big hit, al in all.
Jaleel Khan is the best. Setvice is perfect!! The service department is excellent and the product, the tires are great. The staff is professional , the waiting area is beautiful, as is the cafe . All is a great experience. I would definitely return to this dealership because of the professional received received through Jaleel. When I???m ready for another Mercedes I will definitely return to this dealership and continue to work with Jaleel. He is a most valued employee. I have always been satisfied ,as well , with the service department.
I bought a preowned car for my nephew and Michael Smith was absolutely easy to deal with. He took care of everything for me and even made sure I got home safely. Kevin Miller handled my paperwork faster than I thought possible and I got my plates fast! There are plenty of options closer to me, but I would absolutely suggest him and this dealership to everyone!
We truly appreciate Dominick understanding our situation and making himself available to us to pick up our car on Thanksgiving Eve. Our original salesperson, Brandon was off on the day we wanted to pick up our daughters car, but they arranged for Dominick to fill-in and we are very happy with our purchase and experience... and believe you me, there were some bumps in the road this evening, but Dominick displayed professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. I've been driving Chargers/300s since 2005. For 7 years I've wanted a 300 AWD and found it here. Knew what I wanted and walked in. The sales rep, Derreck, was helpful, low pressure and most of all, attentive to my concerns, requests and most importantly, my timeline and availability. Having a sales rep who respects your time and choices on where to shop cannot be understated. Bald Hill won me over to Chrysler/Dodge in 2005 and won me over again in 2018. Over the years, this dealership has never disappointed. As for financing, they found an incredibly good rate by shopping local banks!

Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
Drove down from Ventura to test drive a truck. Amir, salesman, made it very easy and pleasant. I was out of there in about and hour and a half with a new truck.
