I made a mistake! We bought the first used car this year NOT from Select Auto! We did buy the second used car at Select Auto. This car was a 2016 Nissan Altima with low mileage at a great price. The car was loaded with options and cost was less than then the new Nissan Altima we purchased in 2016. We have driven the car now for several weeks and the performance is great without any maintenance issues as advertised by Select Auto. I would recommend them to my family and friends as they delivered to use as advertised....great auto with low one owner mileage at very competitive pricing!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My husband and I went in last week for a recall and they got us in and out with out an appointment . Michelle and phill I believe we’re definitely great at getting us taken care of so we could go on vacation! Will be returning !!

Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Took my Jeep in for a oil change & recall repair, was there ALL day, car hasn’t drove the same since, v8 drives like a 4 or 6 (Jeep was driving fine when I arrive for this appointment), didn’t bother to fill the windshield fluid. Turn around went back to in form them of my complaint blame it on brakes — bs❗️I will be going somewhere else for future repairs, oil changes & recalls AND Future PURCHASES or Trade-ins—-never again❗️❗️
