I could only afford this type of crossover SUV so I went for it. Worst mistake ever made. I purchased brand new & within months the brakes started to squeal. It has now been 3 years & yet Mopar manufacturer states there's nothing wrong. Now it has only 30 000 miles and it started stalling. My son is only 4 years old, it's very dangerous as we almost got rear ended! I will never recommend or purchase from Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler again!
Working with Adam Wright in the service center has been an absolute joy. He is attentive to our needs, and communicates with us every step of the way. We are VW customers for life, or as long as he stays with VW.

So far this car has met all of my needs. Back seat is surprisingly a little more roomy than assumed. When seats are folded down can fit a great amount of cargo which was one of my main concerns. Coming off of a Wrangler, gas mileage is a blessing!
Went in for a simple oil change, 21-point inspection. Services were completed quickly and professionally.
Great Compact SUV for the money I Paid!!

This has turned out to be the best vehicle I have owned. I love it! It has a powerful 2.4 liter I4 engine that gets fairly good gas mileage. For a compact SUV it has a lot of interior room. It’s a fun vehicle to drive! It reminds me of the classic Jeep Cherokee from the 80’s with the boxy exterior.
Steve Cantrell was an excellent sales person, very informative, helpful and complete in his explanation of the product we were looking for. We are very satisfied with our new truck. Thank you.

I'm going to list all the bad things about this Jeep model because it has very little positive things. First, this car is a gas hog period I probably avg 20 mpg. And the kicker was it was a 4 cylinder fwd and it was a gutless turd. I would floor the accelerator and the jeep would not move. The handling was also horrendous way to much body role.. Seats way to hard not for long distance driving. Front windshield to short it obstructed my vision could not see the lights. So the car was purchased new so i didn't have any issues except that the motor was not running right after 50k miles. So there are more things a could list but you get the point.
Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.
Don’t like. Really regret buying it.

Don’t like this car at all. Too small. Didn’t meet my expectations at all. Needed a vehicle and settle for the first vehicle I looked at.
I went with my husband to purchase a new car recently. He got approved for a brand new 2018 Hyundai elantra. what was even cooler is the fact that once we got approved, our sales man atilla said "choose any color you want!" It has so many features which makes it more cozy and easier to set up! Thank you atilla and Mitsubishi for doing a great job of making sure my husband left with a brand new car!!

I test drove and then purchased this vehicle! Sporty, sheek, stylish! All feels great! Wish it just just a little more power but other than that I could not have made a better purchase!
Everyone was very pleasant! The entire buying process was relaxed and we did not feel pressured at all! Steven took his time helping us find the right car for our needs.

Regret March 9, 2017 purchase date. Had to check air daily in tires , never changed out right run 7000rpm gets 15mpg cause Firestone tires are rotten messed up speed sensor when knot popped out side wall with 1100 miles on it. $578 monthly payments plus other cost & it's a danger to others as well as death ride for me. HELP PLEASE!!
The last two times I have been in for service the customer service reps act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They sit behind their desk and don’t come out into the garage to greet you when you drive up. When I walked in to where they are seated they all just sit there and act like you are interrupting them. My lease is up in a few months and their customer service has me thinking about going elsewhere for a new car

it’s a good first car. not great in going uphill fast but it does the job. jeep can use better parts that don’t break as fast.
I purchased a used 2010 Mitsubishi Endeavor. The sales person was great and the buying process easy. I started out loving this dealer. When I went to leave the dealer another customer let me know my rear light was out. We notified the sales person who told us to bring it back another day to be fixed. As it was getting dark I talked to the manager saying I was not getting a ticked for lack of a tail light, they then fixed it. The following day I noticed a grinding in my breaks. I called the dealer and took it into be looked at. The service manager is the most rude person I have ever dealt with! They told me nothing was wrong with my breaks and the grinding was "normal". After another month of grinding I took it to a mechanic and had to pay over $300 to have the breaks and rotors done. I guess their 123 point inspection does not include breaks and lights.
I love this Jeep I feel safe when driving.

It met all my needs. Love it.Dont drive much but when I do I really enjoy my drive. Can't wait to take it on a long trip.
Went to buy my first car, had an amazing experience, and would highly reccomend! The entire staff was helpful, overally kind, knowledgeable, and generally cared about the customer. Ray was tremendously helpful and made my first car a breeze! Blue also made the place very nice! :)

We had a wonderful experience with Joe. We were looking for used but bought new because of Joe. I would recommend going in to see him any time.
