Mike, Andrew and Giovanni couldn't have been better. They were friendly and helpful and not pushy like some at car dealerships are. Mike took the time to help us pick the car that was right for us. Andrew helped us with the financing and Giovanni made sure we knew all the operational details of the car before we drove it off the lot. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Jeep. Now we'll see if the service department measures up to the high bar the sales folks have set.
The customer service is what brought me in to Tracy's. I had heard such good things about their many deals, their courtesies, no-pressure, I was not disappointed! They seemed like friends the minute I walked through the door. I can't say enough. I will keep purchasing my VW from Tracy!!!
Brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport in for repairs and was very unhappy with this vehicle as it had many recalls and engine issues. OHara motors took care of it and knew I just wanted to get out of this vehicle. I ended up leaving with a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee just a couple of days later. I got an extremely fair trade value and the process of getting into another vehicle was painless. The salesman Steve was great and never pressured me once. I got some numbers run and didn't think it was for me and he told me to call him if I needed anything else. The next day I went in to pick up my Wrangler and decided I wanted to get into that Grand Cherokee.... it was easy breezy and it worked out really well. I would definitely work them again. Also, Joe in the service department was really great. He did everything to help me out and really made a terrible situation painless. He calmed me instantly. If you need anything in service, he is definitely your guy! Thanks again!
I just leased a new Jeep from O'Hara and can't stop telling my friends about the service I received. The salesperson, Jamie Narbonne was very knowledgeable about leasing and she answered all my questions truthfully. I had visited another dealership closer to my home and was not pleased with the salesman who had to read the information from his computer.
Jamie is very professional and treated me like family. I even received an email from her a week after picking up my Jeep asking if I had any questions. PLEASE if you are looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicle head to O'Hara and ask for Jamie.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We looked at the inventory on a large screen TV, and I decided what to test drive. After the test drive we sat down for a couple of minutes and Kyle Hein brought up the bottom line price. Not only was I happy with the price, I was stunned at how simple and straight forward the presentation was. I have been tortured for hours in the past (at other dealerships) just trying to get a bottom line price. We then talked about a few options and I decided on the RAM Big Horn that I had test driven, about 15 minutes in the finance room, the price didn't change and I picked it up later, after it was cleaned up. Everyone I talked to was happy and helpful. I am definitely planning to be a loyal customer and highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
