This car has met all of our needs and have been a great car for a family of 4 in all Colorado seasons. Plenty of leg room in the front and rear with ample storage to move around town and get to the mountain for skiing and camping. This car has everything you could want, heated seats, bluetooth, temperature guage, auto dimming rear view mirror, 110v outlet inverter and roof rails to name a few. New larger all season tires were put on in December 2018 and have less that 5k miles on them.

I must say I was impressed with chloe my sales rep and the entire staff. She was very informative and answered all my questions or concerns . With that being said I purchased my 2013 Cadillac cts coupe and I'm very pleased with the vehicle and look forward to buying another vehicle from yes auto !

Not the best vechial to have if driving more then 15,000 miles a year. Has cvt issues,at 60 thousand. Has excerallion issues. It is roomy, and I like the body style. But personally I wish I could get rid of the patriot.

Purchased a 2015 Porsche Cayman S from Project One last November. By far the best deal I could find in the entire country! Car listed for $78,500 and had only 132 "dealer" miles. Although I could not pick up the car right away, Elvin was able to hold the car with a relatively small deposit. I am looking for another car (Audi A4) and keep coming back to project one in hopes they will have what I am looking for.

This car is super nice and in great shape with low miles. I love it so far. It rides easy and very comfortable. Love it.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Great vehicle. Handles very well in our snowy NH winters. Good gas mileage and power. A very good value! Required very little maintenance over the time I have owned it.

Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Course now that I have seen a Jeep Sahara I want that. It is a beautiful vehicle that is very impressive. I mean I still have to pay off the Patriot but in 5 years it's either the Sahara or a Chevy Silvarado. I've had a Silvarado and love that truck so I won't know for 5 years and still have time to think about it.

Ricardo Calales went above and beyond what I expected in helping me buy a 2007 Corolla within my limited price range. It looks no beautiful and runs so smoothly that it seems like a brand new car except for one small scratched area. Ricardo has a wonderful personality, full of humor, and allowed me to go at my own pace in making my decision. He even kindly went out of his way to get, and FAX to me at the DMV, a second copy of the bill of sale so I could register the car without making a second trip.

Being a lifelong full size 4x4 owner I couldn't picture myself in this little SUV. The first time I drove the patriot my attitude began to change. This SUV is unbelievable on fuel, and impressed me with its 4x4 capability in heavy snow conditions of a Canadian Winter. I'm a big guy, and felt totally comfortable in the Patriots roomy interior. The Patriot isn't a Willy's Jeep, but if I go to town for supplies, and decide to come back on woods roads through knee deep snow it will bring me home.

I love the sporty look of the Patriot and the compact size. It gets great gas mileage and rides great. Very reasonable price as well.

Car owned by brother unable now to drive. Great smaller SUV. Easy enter and exit. He said good mileage. Comfortable and handles well . Good visibility. Probably good safety rating.

Truely an amazaing experience! Not only did we buy 1 SUV (2014 Infiniti QX60) but we ended buying 2 SUV that Same day! (2016 Ford Explorer Sport). We spoke with Chris by Phone on Wednesday (very Proffessional) and went on Saturday to take a look and see what was the deal and find out if what Chris, had said over the phone was true and not just lies to reel us in! Never at any time while we where there did they rushed us or bombed us with question, but let us take or time, and anything that we needed to know Chris, would have the answer too and if not he would find out from his manager Lorenzo. While we looked around Chris and Lorenzo, went ahead and sent out for coffee and snacks for my son, mom, and myself from Dunken Donuts (Things that real show how much they care for there customer). Makes you feel like Family. But what made everything an amazing experience, is how they listen to my needs, paid real top dollars for my trade in and since Chris, knew that one of the SUV???s would be a surprise for my wife which is pregnant, both Chris and Lorenzo offered to Deliver the car to my house the same day (which Lorenzo did by the way)! Always wanted a Jeep so entered the pool by buying a Patriot. Nothing fancy—I.e., basic radio controls—but my goals were utility, maneuverability, reliability and economy, and so far, after 3.5 years, all remains good. Biggest complaint? Interior is all black, which shows up all the dirt and dust a lazy person seems to attract.

Love my Jeep, takes a minute to pick up speed when taking off, and no backup assistance. But nice make and love the sunroof and look of it. My kids also love it.

They have many options of Sprinter vans and all other vans to choose from, financing took a little bit longer than I thought, because of my bad credit and a low down payment but got approved

The car is all around pretty fantastic - the only issue I ever really had with it was that it was a bit slow to accelerate onto the freeway and up hills. Overall though I have been really happy with it, it's comfortable and handles really well in all kinds of weather.

I purchased my Patriot to commute in the winter. It looks sporty and has 4 wheel drive. It is comfortable and there is decent cargo space (the back seat spits and flips down) for additional cargo room. It comfortably seats 4 people(decent leg room). My only regret is (believe it or not) it did not come with automatic locks (manual), I am not kidding. It has air conditioning and the interior is sporty. Black on black it's a sharp looking vehicle (High Altitude). Decent on gas and can keep up on the highway. Its great in snowy conditions and has good traction. I commute 66 km a day and I fill up approximately once a week.

If you are looking for a good SUV to travel with, it is a comfortable, safe, efficient vehicle. Great on gas mileage and is good for a family (if you have one). Excellent vehicle to travel long places or commute.

I went to Buhler to lease my 2018 Compass because It is close to my home and I had been to the service dept on several occasions and felt I was treated well. I had a Jeep Patriot in the past and that was the car I was comfortable with, so my search for a “new” used car was limited. The 2015 Jeep Patriot Latitude is very reliable. I feel safe driving it around in any kind of weather and it definitely beats the Mini Cooper I previously owned.

Thank you Pat, Ramsey, Frank and Ron (in the order I met them on day one of a three day visit). Day one: Drove 92 miles one way from the PA Poconos to test the water on their advertised claim of "guaranteed approval." I was thinking about an SUV to upgrade my dog's ride (he's a VERY large dog). Then, I test drove two SUVs, and fell in love with one. On day one, I'm approved on two cars! First promise kept! Threw them a curve on day two: changed my mind on the car I was in love with Day 1, and test drove two more, while the Ramsey Team kept their cool and continued to offer up possibilities that might work for me. On day two I fell in love again, but asked them to address a minor issue I noted on the test drive. Day three, I returned to find that they had responded to and solved the issue, at their expense, and my car had two new tires and new brake pads all around. Another promise kept!, and I drove home in my superb 2012 GMC Acadia, which fit my credit situation perfectly and suits me and my dog Bernie to a "T-bone." They've been at this for a while, and they had a well-deserved good reputation long before I stumbled upon them, but I just want to add my appreciation for three days well-spent, and my thanks for their patience and kindness. havent had one bad day so far. Its steady, drives well. good in the city and off roads , Ive taken it evrywhere its perfect! I only wish it had heated steering, the seats are heated which is nice but wear your gloves in the winter! overall. I love it.

The dealer was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to test drive the car and I was very impressed. I didn’t purchase the vehicle because I received a better offer. It was definitely my second choice. :)
