On September 16, 2017, my spouse and I drove 1 hour and 15 mins with our girls to Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downington, PA. I first went on their website and found 4-5 vehicles that I loved and none of them was the Dodge Journey that I ended up purchasing. Brooks was extremely patient while I search their vast selection of new and certified pre-owned vehicles. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Upon my 2nd test drive I was not too thrilled. Brooks then suggested I try the Dodge Journey. He remembered I wanted leather seats and an SUV. Once I took the SUV for a test drive with the 3 rows of leather seating, the girls and I were all too thrilled. They had already made themselves at home. Needless to say I was not going home without it. Brooks and his finance team worked diligently and past the hours of operations so that I may drive off the lot with my new "BEAST". I love my suv and the service I received that I already recommended Brooks and his team to a few of my co-workers. Thank you so much for my Certified Pre-owned Dodge Journey (which I call my "BEAST).

Perfect small SUV with 4x4

This car has met all of our needs and have been a great car for a family of 4 in all Colorado seasons. Plenty of leg room in the front and rear with ample storage to move around town and get to the mountain for skiing and camping. This car has everything you could want, heated seats, bluetooth, temperature guage, auto dimming rear view mirror, 110v outlet inverter and roof rails to name a few. New larger all season tires were put on in December 2018 and have less that 5k miles on them.

Honest, straightforward sales with John Schmidt

When my lease was up for my second Enclave John and I walked the lot and John found me exactly what I was looking for. He was honest about the product, and straightforward on the price. He worked hard to match the payment that I wanted. He seem to really care about my specific needs and put me in a beautiful Denali that my wife and I absolutely love. Everything I wanted

Always wanted a Jeep so entered the pool by buying a Patriot. Nothing fancy—I.e., basic radio controls—but my goals were utility, maneuverability, reliability and economy, and so far, after 3.5 years, all remains good. Biggest complaint? Interior is all black, which shows up all the dirt and dust a lazy person seems to attract.

An Unexpectedly Great Experience!

My 2015 Wrangler was recently totaled by a drunk driver and I was dreading returning to car dealerships to find a replacement. In our search, both back in 2015 and now, we've experienced our fair share of shady dealers, inconsiderate salespeople, and "games" in discussing prices. I had been searching for several weeks on every website available and narrowed down a couple cars to check out. My dad and I ended up driving over two hours to see a couple cars in PA (we're from northern NJ), including a 2018 Willy's Wrangler JK at Savage 61. Ryan was very amiable and unassuming in both conversation and action. We greatly appreciated the upfront, bottom-line price from the dealership. We had done our fair share of research and knew that the dealer discount % was truly fair and nothing like we'd get back in Jersey. I am so glad I decided to follow through with Savage 61 and buy a car through Ryan! Not only did Savage 61 have my dream car, but the overall experience was amazing! It's just a shame this dealer can't be closer to me - I would definitely take advantage of the offered lifetime powertrain warranty and endless supply of popcorn! Thank you again, Ryan!

Major Problem with older Expedition Made Easy

My 2008 Expedition is under a Ford extended warranty and has been maintained at Haldeman Allentown Ford for the last 4 years. My service guy is Pete K. My Expedition has been my ride to work up and down Route 78 since we bought it. It has also taken my family, friends, dog and associated stuff on many trips all over the Northeast. Love my Ford. I ran into some major mechanical trouble recently. The work was covered by the warrantee. Pete took charge of the logistics and business side of the issue. He got us squared away with temporary transportation and got our Expedition on the lift and back on the road as quickly as possible. Thanks Pete and thanks Haldeman for making a difficult situation relatively easy to deal with.
