We were shopping around for an Acadia and by chance ended up here. We worked with Jeff Lenz who was AMAZING! I love Mini of STL which is obvious as this was my 5th Mini purchased there. Working with Kate was easy and efficient. Kate is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I ordered a Mini to be built and Kate put up with my multiple changes and indecisiveness all along the way. I was turning in a leased vehicle which went very smoothly. Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. While I waited the Loyalty Rep checked on me, to make sure I knew what the Loyalty Program was about, I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.
I had a great experience with Zach from your service center. He kept me updated as I waited and was professional at all times. He offered a ride to where I needed to go if I could not wait and took care of an issue that I had with my salesman which is no longer there without me even asking. He will be the reason I buy or lease my next car from Frank Leta.
We went to several closer dealerships before buying our Jeep from Federico. It was worth the drive. Larry Burch in sales and Devin Blazier in management were great to work with. We will go back to Federico when we need another vehicle.
