Bought 2002 chevy express van from them in fall 2017 had only 8 months and the transmission blown out at only 80,000 miles.Don franklin will not stand behind what they sell cost of repair 3,000.00 l have not even made that much in payments yet to buy the van.Very unhappy got stuck with a lemon Service dept is good friendly as well as sales my issue is standing behind what you sell and making things right this is the first vehicle l bought from Don franklin most likely will not buy from again.
Purchased a vehicle just over a year ago, staff was exceptionally nice which made the buying process easy. I now take my vehicle there(and only to Hendrickson's) for regular maintenance. The service staff is also exceptionally friendly, and it's never been more then an hour wait. Thank you for all your hard work, it truly shows.
This was my first time buying a car, so naturally, I had many questions. Michael and the whole staff was pleasant and patient with me, and made me feel totally comfortable with such a big decision. They even had the car that I wanted transferred to Madison from the Milwaukee location so that I didn???t have to make the trip myself. I would absolutely go back for a future purchase!

Everything was good they made me feel as if I had more options than other dealers I went too in the last month. Also I didn't feel as if I was just being sold a car. Or them just wanting the money from me . The time was made for me to feel satisfied .
Everyone was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.

Chad and the guys in the Service department are amazing. Chad kept me informed thru the whole process. They took me to pick up my rental truck and made sure I was kept informed about everything they found. You guys have a wonderful and friendly staff. I will be bringing all 3 of our dodges to you all in the future for any needed service. I've been driving Chargers/300s since 2005. For 7 years I've wanted a 300 AWD and found it here. Knew what I wanted and walked in. The sales rep, Derreck, was helpful, low pressure and most of all, attentive to my concerns, requests and most importantly, my timeline and availability. Having a sales rep who respects your time and choices on where to shop cannot be understated. Bald Hill won me over to Chrysler/Dodge in 2005 and won me over again in 2018. Over the years, this dealership has never disappointed. As for financing, they found an incredibly good rate by shopping local banks!
Spent a Sunday getting my new truck. Very happy with the truck. Everyone was very helpful and it was very low pressure. as it was a sunday it was busy and some of the financial providers were not available, but we made it work
Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
