Went to the GMC dealer in the morning; they were not willing to work with us. After reading an article about Ram outselling GM trucks, we stopped at Vicksburg Chrysler. Their inventory was good, the salesperson (Joe Mater) was great to deal with. After talking to us, Joe realized we were looking for the bottom line without any back and forth negotiating. Within 10 minutes, we had a very good number, and after lunch, we are driving home with a new 1500 Laramie.
Because the advertised price of my 2018 Rubicon was so low I had doubt that the dealership would honor that price. This was further reinforced by other dealerships stating that they also advertise low with every possible incentive so as to draw clients into their dealership. But much to my surprise that price was in fact honored and now I have my new Rubicon at my home over 150 miles away from my selling dealership. That is just how pleased I was with their honesty.

I just bought a vehicle from Jake Shook at Ziegler Ford, Plainwell Mi. It was an excellent experience in every way. Jake is very detail oriented, honest and excellent to work with. Liz in finance did a great job too. I will defiantly go back to Jake when we need more vehicles.

How refreshing to be treated with sincere respect. I've had experiences at other dealerships of being treated as though I had little knowledge of autos and needed to be told what I should purchase. Not West Point! From the very first email and prompt follow up phone call, to the actual purchase process, Jason and Erik were both professional, friendly and willing to listen. The buying experience was pain free and quick.Very fair price on my trade-in AND my new vehicle! Added bonus: these people really seem to care about and be invested in their community. I live more than four hours away from the dealer. We were able to do the entire deal via email/phone/text. They delivered the van and paperwork to my house. I test drove the van, then finished the paperwork in my dining room. It was a very smooth and low-stress process. Everyone I interfaced with was courteous, professional, and helpful. The van was delivered as promised, and the whole experience was flawless. Also, the price was the best I could find in a 500 mile radius from where I live.
Great experience with Henkel Dodge salesman Garrett Miller was wrapped up in a lot of other items along with everybody else in the place they were very busy but he took the time out to show me and my wife 4 trucks and we left with the truck that we wanted he had all the knowledge that I researched which matched didn't try to sell me anything you let me and my wife enjoy the drive of the vehicle without talking allowed us to check the two trucks that we drove the only time he shared information is when we ask questions which I thought was very awesome and he was very thorough with his information I would send my family and friends to Henkel Dodge
Saw the auto i liked on-line. When at the dealership,Bill was very pleasant, not pushy. Bill gave me the facts about my choices of autos, let me drive a few and we discussed the handling of them. A very, very positive experience. I loved that he was not pushy in any manner and the Dealership appearance is attractive and clean, both inside and out.
I purchased a Dodge Charger from this dealship and they were great with answering questions and being on top of everything. I'd recommend getting a car from the Cole Chrysler dealship anytime! John Michael was the best!
I bought a new 2017 E300 this Spring. Bonnie in sales was very good to work with and I gave only 4 stars for the buying process only for the haggling with the used car evaluation had to do on a trade in. Honestly, my car had a few glitches that a new MB should not have but Bill in the service department all alone is a reason to buy a car here. I've had my car for over 7 months and love the car and would give Bill 6 stars if available.
We highly recommend Auto Park Ford! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Our salesman Don was amazing! He was wonderful with our sons and made the purchasing of our vehicle quick and easy! He didn't pressure us in any way like a lot of salespeople do which was much appreciated!! The dealership is so clean and very welcoming with their great waiting area equipped with a television and kids table with plenty of toys for the kids to play with! The sales manager we had (Andrew) was wonderful too and great with our boys! We felt right at ease making a big purchase of a new vehicle!! Can't thank everyone enough for the great experience and we will definitely come back in the future!
