I had a great experience from beginning to end with trading in my older car and buying a used car. I really appreciated that my salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, as was the finance woman.
EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision.
The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off.
I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
Just bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara and had the best experience! Our salesman, Glenn was knowledgeable and kind, the Sales Manager Russell was a pleasure to work with, and the Finance Department and Insurance Department are amazing too! I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. We are divided with our experience at Danis Auto. Dealership offered good customer service, but did we not receive a fair price for our trade-in. Recommend others to sell their vehicle privately. As for their Service Shop, everyone seemed grumpy and Manager was extremely rude! Still waiting for correct molding missing from vehicle???
I never imagined having such a good car buying experience but after dealing with Adam and the staff, it was clear why they have been around so long. I got exactly what I wanted and no fuss. This is the real deal dealership.
The sales people are honest, but they aren't willing negotiate a fair price on their used vehicles. When you try to communicate with them through email, they don't respond. I liked the vehicle that I was looking at, but I don't know if I want to buy. They have to opened to reasonable offers if they want to deal.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
Search engine was easy and mostly accurate. Some details about the vehicle were off, for example, the listing stated the vehicle had gps and memory seats. The vehicle actually does not have either. Also, the vehicle has a spoiler moonroof and not a full functioning moonroof. Despite those missed details, thanks to Cars.com, I was still able to make a good vehicle purchase.
Had a flat tire and was in the Ft Washington area visiting during the Holidays from out of town. They did an amazing job coordinating with my dealership in NYC and locating my Tire Insurance plan in order to ensure I got processed correctly and didn't have to pay out of pocket for changing my Tires. Great run dealership! I would recommend.
This review is to update the review left by me the other day. After speaking with the manager John, I was fully informed as to what actually occurred and the meaning behind it all therefore I want to update and again recommend this dealership to any and everyone. I was upset due to my sister being upset and due to the information not being fully explained I immediately made an assumption which caused me to leave the review. Again things were definitely rectified and I am now at peace along with my sister and do feel the need to update the review and making a public apology due to being misinformed. Dani's has always caught my attention due to the way they assist everyone on a case by case basis along with the way they go the extra mile to help someone who really needs the help. I traveled ~60 miles to look at a car with my family and Auto Lenders didn't disappoint. Ask for Ryan W. he was courteous, cooperative and supported making myself and my family as comfortable as possible. Hate car shopping? Try doing it with (3) kids under 5 yo on a cold, rainy day. Ryan and his team made them comfortable and gave them snacks and drinks to help pass the time. They helped me with moving (3) car seats into the van to test drive and ultimately I purchased a used Honda Odyssey that just came in and in the process traded in (2) vehicles. It was as seamless as I could imagine the process. Thank you Ryan and your team for such great service, I would definitely look to use AL again.
