I submitted an online request for a price after finding the yukon I wanted from DW GMC, and within minutes Teresa contacted me initiating the process. She was a pleasure to work with and after what I would call minimal hassle and back and forth, I drove three hours to complete the deal for my vehicle. Nico made sure I was comfortable in doing so and made sure there were no surprises once I arrived. Anthony completed the paperwork and made sure my new vehicle was in perfect condition, detailed and filled up with gas before I left. All in all, this was an outstanding transaction and I would recommend anyone to take their business to DW GMC!

It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.
Dealership: my husband and I have been to several dealerships in the last few years. This was by far the best experience we have had. They don???t pressure you to buy anything and their inventory has just about anything and everything. Even better is that the price of their vehicles actually are in line with what jelly blue book values them meaning you aren???t being upcharged like most dealerships. Plus snacks and drinks were offered every time we came in. Our salesman was Justin and was hands down the best salesman we ever dealt with. There was never pressure on us to purchase and we could look at and drive anything we were interested in. Any information we needed was supplied and everything was just an overall please thank experience. So much so that we already know that if we are in the market for another car in the future we will reach out again to buy from Justin.
We could not have had a better experience working with Tyler Ryan at Universal Kia. From the initial call, to driving away in a new (used) car, it was as painless as it possibly could be. Tyler was friendly, patient, he listened, did what he said he would do, and was honest. He worked around our schedule and never pressured us with the ???car sales tactics??? most of us have become accustomed to when car shopping. I read some of the reviews. And I was worried but they had a car that I wanted. I bought from out of state. So that was scary. But everything went great. I was shopping online for a late model Nissan Sentra without too many miles and I went through many different websites trying to find the right car. I found the car that I was looking for at this dealer and the price was very competitive. I worked with Ross on my purchase and everything went smooth and I am extremely pleased with the car that I purchased.
They had a G37x I was interested in, low mileage off-lease in red. We got to within a few $100 of closing the deal but couldn't get together after dealing with the owner. The other salesman I'd originally spoken with called back and offered to do the deal at my price but it was too late by that time. I'd already purchased another car.

I told one of the salesman what kind of truck I was looking for and found it for me and it was a good price so I bought it good trade in value of my other truck.!
