Had a pleasant experience at the dealership. The buying process was clean and easy. There was some delay with the delivery of the car, the wait can be easily the cause of frustration at this time but BIG BOB our sales person went above and beyond to make things work in our favor and actively kept us informed. The dealership have provided us means of transport while we wait for our new car. Overall, I'm impressed with the service that was provided to us and we love our Niro car.

Only owned for 2 months so far. Only complaint so far is that the language on the dash changed to Italian on its own. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with this Jeep. Changed it back easily enough but hope not to have this happen often.
