This little JEEPLET is the car that you need because getting a pick up truck to go antique shopping is a hassle. I Have gotten as high as 37 MPG on the highway over long road trips. In the city is averaging about 21MPG if you don't floor it. The complaint people have about the transmission being slow to kick down gears i have yet to experience it. Do keep in mind if you are buying these used, two things to check for.... 1, If there is a 1.4L MULTIAIR Engine under the hood keep in mind the timing belt will go bye bye at about 150,000 and 2. Not all renegades come a standard spare tire.

I purchased a KIA Sportage from Beth in June of this year. Unfortunately, the next morning, as I was bringing the check to the dealership-right in front of the dealership- someone rear ended my brand new car. Beth came out, showed her concern for me first, and then proceeded to take care of insurance arrangements, getting me a free rental car, and setting me up with the body shop.
The body shop did an excellent job on the Sportage. As time went on and I and my wife thought more and more about what happened, we could not separate the accident from the car in our mind. Consequently we began to think about possibly replacing the Sportage. I called Beth and she proceeded to work up several possibilities. I was not sure anything could be done with so new a car and in light of the accident. Beth went so far as to help me take a new 2019 KIA Forte to my house for my wife to test drive. We were very pleased with the Forte and more than pleased with the deal Beth was able to put together.
I have been a VanDevere customer since 2000 and highly recommend the dealership and Beth Thaxton.

I used to have an old Wrangler and missed it so much. I ended up selling it years ago when I had my son because the back seat was too tiny and I didn't feel safe putting a car seat back there. I needed a new vehicle and came across the Renegade. After test driving it, I fell in love. It definitely drives and feels like a Jeep, the inside is super roomy and comfy for such a small SUV, and the gas mileage is great. It is definitely exactly what I was looking for. It's cute, reliable, and I'm SO HAPPY to have my 4 wheel drive back for the snow!!!
Purchasing a new car is stressful to me; however, VanDevere made the experience pleasant and took some of the stress away. I found Rita Furino, Bob Berger and Joe Caspary very helpful, honest and friendly. The facility was welcoming and it had a wonderful area to discuss the car, wait for needed paperwork and make the necessary business arrangements that I needed. I will definitely be a return customer!

Decent looking and comfortable. However, the driver’s side heated seat glitches, Bluetooth glitches and mutes itself, while driving it jerks when shifting (it’s an automatic), it feels like it’s running out of gas and is going to stall (has stalled twice), and after owning it one year, the check engine light is already on.
This was not my first experience at a car dealership and I can confidently say, without a doubt, this was m best experience ever. The sales representative I was with was exceptionally helpful and kind as I was shown around the lot. The test drive was nice and the route they have gives you a nice variety of environments to test the vehicle out on. Payment was a breeze and by the time I left I felt as though I knew everyone there. Best lot out on the automile!
I have a very good experience with Toyota of Bedford. Everyone at the lot that I dealt with treated me like we were family. Kevin G, Vanja, and Raven all were great and I really enjoyed working with the team. I will be recommending Toyota of Bedford to all of my family and friends

Only owned for 2 months so far. Only complaint so far is that the language on the dash changed to Italian on its own. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with this Jeep. Changed it back easily enough but hope not to have this happen often.
My salesman Vern Petrea Jr. went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the features on my new purchase. I showed up on a motorcycle and the weather was getting bad before I went to pick up my new car ,and Vern went out of his way to come to my house and pick me up , and bring me in to the dealership to pick my vehicle up. I wanted to say that I really appreciated the way he conducted himself. There was no hi pressure sales and I think I tested 7-8 used cars and he took the time to make sure that I knew about each vehicle..He was very professional and courteous in every way. I wish there were more salesmen like Vern.Thanks Vern for the Awesome Experience in purchasing my new used vehicle.. Jeff Smith

this vehicle more than meets my car aspirations in that it performs to nth degree as a 4-wheel drive. the color and style are classically detailed. it is roomy and easy to maneuver. the gas mileage is adequate and the safety factor and reliability of all jeep vehicles is tremendous. we are happy with this purchase indeed.
Although we live in Columbus, we only buy cars from Joe Sember at Cole Valley in Warren, Ohio. This is my third experience working with Joe, and I cannot give a higher review. I love everything about this car. It's not overwhelming and its elegantly designed. It has the power I want and is very comfortable. The leather seats are beautiful and I feel classy driving this vehicle. I could not be happier. Also there are little fun things all over the place in the jeep. Like big foot is on the back window and a jeep is crawling up the side on the windshield. It seems like they had a lot of fun designing this vehicle.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
After a lousy experience at Ganley Hyundai, I decided to try my luck at Marhofer Hyundai. I am glad I did as Brent was an outstanding sales person who was not pushy and explained everything upfront and honestly. I didn't have to worry about a condescending sales manager and I even got a slightly upgraded version of the car I was looking for at a cheaper price than at Ganley. Brent has checked in a few times since I purchased the car to make sure everything was going well and I appreciate that. Everyone at Marhofer Hyundai was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
