Only owned for 2 months so far. Only complaint so far is that the language on the dash changed to Italian on its own. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with this Jeep. Changed it back easily enough but hope not to have this happen often.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

I love everything about this car. It's not overwhelming and its elegantly designed. It has the power I want and is very comfortable. The leather seats are beautiful and I feel classy driving this vehicle. I could not be happier. Also there are little fun things all over the place in the jeep. Like big foot is on the back window and a jeep is crawling up the side on the windshield. It seems like they had a lot of fun designing this vehicle.

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

Decent looking and comfortable. However, the driver’s side heated seat glitches, Bluetooth glitches and mutes itself, while driving it jerks when shifting (it’s an automatic), it feels like it’s running out of gas and is going to stall (has stalled twice), and after owning it one year, the check engine light is already on.
I recently purchased a car from Florida Fine Cars. My Sales Representative was Keith Miller. I can honestly say it was the smoothest process with him. From the moment he greeted us, he was extremely professional. He explained the no haggle and picked out three cars to choose. We drove the second one and that was it!! I highly recommend using Keith. I used to have an old Wrangler and missed it so much. I ended up selling it years ago when I had my son because the back seat was too tiny and I didn't feel safe putting a car seat back there. I needed a new vehicle and came across the Renegade. After test driving it, I fell in love. It definitely drives and feels like a Jeep, the inside is super roomy and comfy for such a small SUV, and the gas mileage is great. It is definitely exactly what I was looking for. It's cute, reliable, and I'm SO HAPPY to have my 4 wheel drive back for the snow!!!
I am very happy with this dealership, they were very friendly. Craig Sabrese helped me choose the perfect car for me and guided me through the leasing process. I will come back again to buy my wife's car here. Thank you Craig, I am very happy.

I like all the features it’s has how it’s drive how it’s handling in the snow using four wheel dive I like how it looks inside and out
This would be my second time purchasing a vehicle from Schumacher. I love how professional and kind the dealers are. They dont haggle,grind, or make you feel uncomfortable. Instead these people genuinely care about you and work with you. I love how they offer snacks and drinks and they are always willing too meet with your standards. Great experience, David Poire is an amazing sales consultant and I recommended seeing him.

This little JEEPLET is the car that you need because getting a pick up truck to go antique shopping is a hassle. I Have gotten as high as 37 MPG on the highway over long road trips. In the city is averaging about 21MPG if you don't floor it. The complaint people have about the transmission being slow to kick down gears i have yet to experience it. Do keep in mind if you are buying these used, two things to check for.... 1, If there is a 1.4L MULTIAIR Engine under the hood keep in mind the timing belt will go bye bye at about 150,000 and 2. Not all renegades come a standard spare tire.

this vehicle more than meets my car aspirations in that it performs to nth degree as a 4-wheel drive. the color and style are classically detailed. it is roomy and easy to maneuver. the gas mileage is adequate and the safety factor and reliability of all jeep vehicles is tremendous. we are happy with this purchase indeed.
After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.

I have always wanted a jeep. So getting this one has been a dream. I travel for work and through all weather conditions and this vehicle gets me there without any issues. I love it
This is my 3rd Ram and I was a GMC driver for over 20yrs I still have my 2003 ram I just traded in my 2009 due to many recalls ! I still believe in Dodge and that's why I brought another one also love Arrigo for there great staff ! This is my 2nd time from Arrigo and have to say from the time with my salesman Carlos to my finance manager Craig sollitto it was the easiest and fastest deal done ! I was fortunate to meet with Michael Kuznetz when I came in for a few minor questions. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. After solving my few problems, I asked when I was due for a service call. I had 5600 miles on my Continental. Since I had no appointment scheduled, Michael recommended I do it now, if convenient . I was delighted and when my car was ready, it was even more beautiful, having been washed and waxed.
I experienced very prompt service as I drove up to the service department without having made an appointment. Dave, my customer service rep, was very attentive, explained everything that they were going to do and answered all my questions. I was out of there in no time. ( efficient and well co- ordinated system ).
While the financial process was a little bit screwy, Craig was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. I reached out online and within 5 minutes Craig was on the phone with me. There was zero pressure and nothing but warm hospitality from him. While there with my two year old daughter he made sure to take care of us and my my daughter. With his firm handshake and silly jokes, we felt at home from the get go. I have never had a better salesman who genuinely cares about his customers. I am customer for life of his. I hope that the dealership knows how fortunate they are to have such an allstar at their disposal. Now if they could figure out their scheduling of financial managers to get the deal through, they might be onto something. But Craig was the reason I didnt walk away from the deal.
This was our 5th vehicle purchased from Arrigo Dodge in West Palm Beach, FL. It has always been well worth the drive from Palm Bay, FL to West Palm, Fl (about 1-1/2 hours) to receive such great service from the sales staff, to the finance person to the person that detailed the car for delivery. I even had to call their accounting department to get some questions answered and they were so helpful and answered all my questions immediately. The GM, Don Landrum went out of his way to provide us with excellent service and to get us the best deal possible. He worked hard on finding the best rebates that would work for us and was so incredibly patient with us as we made our selection. Just like the commercial says..... "Got to go Arrigo!"
