I always like to shop local whenever i can! In today's market it is hard to buy a vehicle that is in such high demand! My family was looking into the Kia Telluride. We met with several other local dealers only to have them tack on several thousand dollars above MSRP last minute and that was not going to work for me. I want to shop local and if a local business wants local customers, you need to treat them right. Scott and Chelsea at Jones Kia wanted a local guy to shop local. MSRP was not a problem. No pressure or harassment to make a sale. They both provided a wealth of knowledge, got answers to question we had that they did not know, and provided us an excellent customer experience from our first conversation. We happily purchased and financed through Jones Kia, We got the coverages we were comfortable with and the extras we wanted for the price we wanted. Up until recently it has been a very reliable car good on gas very comfortable and very stylish but now but now it's starting to stall out install out that's not good go to see the dealer on Tuesday see if they can fix they can fix it I understand there's a recall outhe recall out on certain parts

Had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Always use this dealer for anything concerning my car. Never disappointed.

David on the tv ads said they had stock. And they had decent stock. Said don't charge extra. And they don't charge extra. And the ram 1500 they had, it was perfect for me. It has the towing capacity I needed for the rv i have and the one i plan to get. I had gm for 40 years. But i must admit i like the interior design of this truck better. More room. More storage. And a double panel sunroof to boot. The sales process was both friendly and professional. They are nice. They are competent They have product At least worth a look.

The Jeep Renegade is very comfortable to drive, the seats are able to pull forward and push back to make it a comfortable driving experience for any size/ height. The interior design is beautifully rugged. This will not be my last JEEP purchase, for sure.

Our sales person Daryl was very pleasant to work with...i will ask for him next time I go there car shopping. We didn't buy this time ...we need a couple more months...we will go back there.

Very professional and pleasant experience. Really like the 5 day / 30 day warranty periods and the no haggle pricing. We found a great used truck for my son. It was spotless. Another great benefit was holding the vehicle with $100 and the option to get a refund if we changed our mind. Allowed us to sleep on it and not lose the truck.

Very happy with phone interactions, dropping off, picking up, and service while the cars there. Excellent waiting room. Stylish facilities. Bought my Volvo there also, and that went well too. (I appreciate the free car wash, but really wish they still had undercarriage washing, as that's important when there's a lot of salt on the winter roads.)

This was my first car shopping after getting a divorce. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them. The staff is friendly. I have a 1 year warranty on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. I had problems with my vehicle and had it towed to them. They found more items wrong and fixed them. They even attached my license plate for me. I plan on coming back when I need my next vehicle.

Contacted service to get oil change and they immediately squeezed me in at the time that I requested. I called 2 days before the appointment. Upon completion of the service they advised of potential future issues and corrections. They cleaned my vehicle inside and out. I only had an oil change and it was free. Chapman stands by the word. All staff were very professional
