Pulling our trailer to VT for vacation the Park sense would not let us back up. Not good for a back in site. We called another local Jeep dealer who could NOT help us for two weeks.
Called Lambert who fit us right in. Stephanie, service advisor and Justin, service tech had not heard of the Park sense issue on a 2016 Grand Cherokee but went out of their way to find a computer update resolved our issue quickly so we could continue to the campground.
