Brought my 2016 Ram in for a fuel gauge failure, as I pulled into the service bay James Chamlee quickly greeted me and listened to my issue. He pulled codes from my truck and got me scheduled for drop off a few days later. Upon drop off, again James was quick to get me taken care of and called an Uber to get back to work. Called in the afternoon to check status and was informed that the repair required the tank to be dropped for the part to be replaced and the truck would be ready as early as possible the following day. Around 1pm the next day, James called me to let me know it was ready and sent an Uber to pick me up. The whole process was fast and painless, James offered other services at the time of drop off (oil change, ect) but once I informed that I do all that on my own he actually listened and didn't keep pushing like some past dealership experiences I've had. So from my experience, if your vehicle needs service go see James Chamlee at Lithia he will get you fixed up.
Jim was very helpful getting the access van through service quickly having to find a part that was out of stock, then getting me the vehicle back ahead of the scheduled date. Was not happy about having to have the transmission rebuilt at 38,000 miles, but Jim explained low milage vehicles can have issues.
I went to the dealership due having received a notice about a recall. Zavier did his best to go above and beyond to help me out, he even found another recall that I didn't even know about! Thank you!
Sales Men were Rob and Matt. These two made our experience amazing. The truck we originally looked into sold right before we got there; however, we still left with a newer vehicle within our price range with extended warranty and lower miles. Rob went above and beyond to even give me pointers on how I could increase my credit score to come back and trade my vehicle in as well. We were in and out and they worked with us in EVERY way. Art our finance guy was TOP NOTCH!!!! The service we got was so amazing I asked Rob for a hug. I've had credit issues in the past, but they didn't count us out. They truly were amazing. It is now out family dealership. We will be buying all vehicles from Rob and Matt going forward!!!!!!!

Just purchased a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from Landers. Our salesperson, Kelly Dial, was very helpful and best of all - not pushy or shady at all! He worked with us to get an honest deal that everyone was happy with and didn't pull any high-pressure sales tactics with us. Back in the Finance Office when finalizing the paperwork Colt was also helpful and professional and didn't pressure us on any add-ons. Overall a good car-buying experience.
I was making a long distance purchase. I had many questions and they were all answered by my sales person Jason Woolsey. I must have had at least 50 texts and several phone calls and Jason was very kind and patient with me. I am a very particular person and Jason was my eyes and nose on the ground. Yes nose, I even had him verify that the car was a non smokers car and no odors.
After I decided I wanted to look at the car, I complicated it even further...I needed picked up at the airport. Again, Jason did as I requested without questions or complaints.
The dealership is very clean, offers drinks and snacks, and free wifi. There was never any pressure. As I did my paperwork, the car was being detailed even though it was very clean to begin with.
How many times have you had the dealership manager come out and greet you and thank you for your business. At Romain that is exactly what happened. They made you feel very special.
I would rate myself on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being a very difficult customer a solid 11. Romain satisfied me in every way.
Thank you Jason! Had it not been for you, my wife's dream car would not be in our garage.

Wasn't a fan of it. I didn't like the way it drove. The seats are comfortable but it felt like it bounced or rocked when driving it.
Car buying..if u do your research, use eprice to determine if car 🚙 is in ur budget u will be ready to make a deal. . I wanted a blue car loaded with aids to help me navigate more effectively. Matt was prepared by giving me information about the Subaru dealership, the vehicle and services. We did a walk around inside and outside the 🚙 I selected b4 test driving. Once the test drive was over I was ready to ???make the deal???. ..I met with Rhonda who is the best financial contact. She has a great smile and I believe lots of patience. She definitely made the process easy to understand n told me exactly what I was to pay each month n when.. Thank u Rhonda for your patience n expertise. There are many New tools including on my new 🚙.,,my favs keyless start, eyesight functions, video screen n Bluetooth connectivity for my phone. Upgrades and ease of use over my 20 year old lux 🚘. Including paddles on steering column to use for ease of handling on inclines. I???m thrilled 😄 having a new car and so grateful for all the time Matt spent with me including getting me introductions to others who made my experience at Wilde the best. Yes, and all this was done in one day. Now I just need to get out n drive n test out some of options. I will definitely recommend Wilde and Matt to friends.
Josh is an awesome sales manager, and Chad is a great salesman, both selling me four cars in the last couple of months. I could not be more pleased with their exceptional service and attention to detail. Have owned more than 30 cars in my lifetime, and may not ever purchase another car from anyone else for the next 40 years or so, while I am able to drive.
True professionals that work with their customers to get the best deal possible every step of the way, and most importantly NOT PUSHY whatsoever, as most dealerships are. I look forward to buying many more cars from Southtown Hyundai in the future.

I have been wanting a Jeep since I was a teenager and I am 39 years old but within the last 2 years I have been itching for one hard. My husband and I went to a few Jeep dealers and other dealers that sold used Jeep's and we just couldn't make a deal. We noticed that new or used Jeeps were practically the same price with miles. So we decided to go new since this vehicle holds its value and its an investment type vehicle. We did our research and said we were for sure going to buy one. We were in the process of buying a house so we put the Jeep on the back burner for a couple years, well we bought our house and we are now in Lawrenceville and we decided to visit this Lawrenceville Jeep Dealer and it was the best thing we did. We drove in n a Saturday October 21, 22017 and just started walking the lot where we saw the Jeeps we liked and we were approached by Paul and he introduced himself and was very knowledgeable on the Jeep. He said things to us we already knew but that is ok because we were on the same level of knowledge BUT he was a great sales man in the aspect of how to build the vehicle and how to make a price work for us and that is what made this deal. He didn't stick us with the first price we saw and did not push us on that price either after we stated that was expensive. He was able to work with us, really feel out what it is that we really wanted and was able to put numbers together on that. We told him we wanted to think about it, he emailed us a built jeep how we wanted it and we started working on that. We ended up going back to the Dealership on Saturday October 28, one week exact later and wanted to now work out numbers and see about a trade in and all the fun stuff, hahahaha! Paul was realistic, strong with his words on the financing and was going to do everything he could to make our deal work. Well then when it did not work for us, we had an option to look at other Jeeps that had almost what I wanted but no big wheels. Just standard wheels, well, we decided that the big wheels (37in) was a little bit of a rough ride for long distance but I did test drive it and the Sahara and I fell in love with the white Sahara and it was a 24g package and the price worked. Financing was also amazing with Magdalena working her numbers. We did not feel pressured, we knew we could walk away because they did give us the option to think about it. They made the deal work for us and met us in the middle. They were really real, not corporate, didn't try to sell, just tried to help. We were in the dealership from 11am till 5:30pm. It was an all day event but they were busy so understandable. We were on a 50/50 buying situation meaning we were either getting the truck or not if the numbers did not work. They made them work. We enjoyed every part of our experience and we are very happy with our 2017 New Jeep Sahara. We look forward to continue to do business with Jeep and buy more accessories for our new Jeep.

I purchased a 2016 Dodge 1500 07/30/2016 with no haggles and was very happy with the truck, service and the new friend that I made named Scott. Momma wanted a bigger boat would have been a good title review as well but, it's my story. Anyhow, we now have a 24' foot boat and the 1500 pulled it down to Florida fine but, I just wanted a little more security on the boat ramps, rent tractors when I need them or maybe even have a camper and a boat in tow at the same time. Last week I stopped in to get my oil changed and I tracked Scott down, I told him that I wanted to upgrade too a 4x4 2500 and that it did not even need any bells and whistles. Well don't just settle for what they have on the lot when you start looking and I am really not a big fan of surfing on the internet websites. At Hayes they have a separate storage lot that had my new baby and after about two hours of marriage counseling we were back on the lake with the sharpest looking truck at the boat ramp. Thanks to Scott Webster "No Haggle, No Monkey Business" attitude. We also enjoyed Earnest Clark, it's never any fun signing the two dozen forms of paper work to give up your hard earned money. Earnest at least made it entertaining, he is a good looking young kid that deserves a little recognition as well. Don't forget, a pat on the back is only a foot away from a kick in the butt.
